DuVall is way more talented than a lot of the “he ain’t Layne crowd” gives him credit for. His vocals and guitar work is on point and he brings just the right energy to the band. Hell yes we all would love Layne at the helm but DuVall is a hell of a musician.

He’s always been the guy who writes the majority of the songs, he has always had by far the biggest influence on their sound because most of it is his writing. Also a great lyricist and a good singer. He’s a fuckin amazing musician and a legend

Layne era will always be the peak of the band but they’re still fuckin awesome, Jerry is one of the best songwriters ever and Duvall/Sean/inez all are fantastic, they sound fantastic live too when they’re doing headlining tours after releasing a new album.

One time Mike and Layne they both took heroine but Layne overdose and Mike didn't call 911, instead he got panicked and left Layne in a life threatening situation and we all know how that end. Mike kept this for himself many years ,was his "DESICION". RIP LAYNE AND MIKE
