AN-94 isn't futuristic, really.
It was made in 1994, hence the Avtomat Nikonov-94
You know, I think there were only 2 or 3 fake guns in Black Ops 2. The XPR-50, the Peacekeeper, and the PDW-57.

An-94 is not a futuristic AK it's a real gun dafty

@@blaskowixx The AK-47 in MW2 was alright. Honestly, no assault rifle in MW2 could top the Tavor. Some came close, but that gun is king of mid-to-close range.

The AK-47 from Mw2 was a great late unlock. It was an interesting contrast to CoD4 where the AK-47 was the first unlock at level 4.

Unlocked at level 49. Gary was only covering from rank 60-70 in MW2.

I apsoulutly loved mw3. There were 20 prestiges and i made it to all of them. All guns maxed level and 35+ days played. Anyone else love the game

Homerun 29 I can proudly say the same thing, thousands of MOABs, thousands of helicopters, thousands of juggernauts, 100+s just never felt this accomplished in any other multiplayer game

I didn't go al the prestiges, but I had all guns maxed and 23 days played. My favorite cod of all time.

The M1 Carbine in World at War was everywhere back in the day on 360, kids with modded triggers using it like a machinegun were just shredding you all the time
Unpopular opinion but the G11 in black ops was an absolute melt machine... it didn’t have any attachments but damn that gun was good
After seeing commando, I feel like going in the loft, getting the 360 & starting black ops allll over again just to unlock it🤤
You shouldn't feel guilty if you used your 1st prestige token to perma unlock the an 94
Remember, the PTRS is actually an anti-tank rifle that successfully knocked out numerous German tanks during the war. Using it against infantry is going to be a bit much lol, gotta love WaW.

The G-11 in blackops 1 absolutely shredded in multiplayer. It was always overlooked and thought to he shit because everyone saw it was useless in zombies. Nobody used it because nobody wanted to bother spending the money on all of the assault rifles to unlock it.
Infinite Warfare really didn't have a ton of amazing late unlocks, but the Rack-9 shotgun was pretty damn good as the last one unlocked (mid-40s?) Most of the best guns were unlocked relatively early, like the KBAR-32 or were classic weapons, like the TF-141 (Intervention from MW2)

Ah AN-94 such a good gun, I loved the ability it had in the first 2-3 round fired faster than the others. Especially handy in hardcore mode.
The commando had the best silencer sound and satisfying reload sound amazing gun ,but my favorite was still the AUG.
The G11 is my favorite late unlock weapon, in cod in both it's appearance and how it feels and how it's a 3 round burst gun with a extremely fast fire rate XP

I love the skorpion evo. It fires so fast it's almost like it fires a laser beam.
The AN-94 is actually a real weapon, a prototype successor to other AK weapons. To my knowledge it was never adopted because the 2-round burst mechanism at the start of every trigger pull kept failing.
Was also too expensive for their liking. Number one killer of potential replacement weapons

you may just be the most entertaining cod youtuber, if not for the hilarious quips, the killer clips, or the fact that your videos arent edited to hell , its for the straight to the point gameplay and commentary.
In Advanced Warfare, I know this is a bit outside the threshold of “late unlock”, but I always thought the IMR was pretty beastly. Best class damage, insanely fast reload cancel time, regenerating ammo, great iron sights... Am I alone here?
In terms of middle of the road unlock, the AK12 is a monster. Especially the RIP variant

World at War’s M1A1 still one of my fav weapons in COD history.
WaW PPSH - The sound alone sounded like throwing a brick into a tumble dryer lol
I remember the tech for the AN 94. See the first two shots fired in a burst were faster than the rest of the burst, so before it was patched people would put on select fire (which was conveniently a 2 shot burst for the AN) and spammed the gun in a way that it was like it had rapid fire

The Model 2187 in infinite warfare was a damn good gun with the Salvo upgrade and akimbo
My only comment about the commando is you said how great the iron sights are. The commando has the exact same sight as the famas, g11, and AUG if I'm not mistaken
Another reason why Ghosts can't be included in this list is because it's the most balanced game in the entire CoD series.
No gun ever felt overpowered in that game and every gun felt like it had it's advantages and disadvantages.

I remember i only got to use the Models 1887 for about a week before they patched them, my mate had the game far longer than i did and was 40+ ranks above me, had to watch him slap people every game for weeks, then when i get it, they patch it. Still raging.

M8A7 in BO3, literally 1 bust kill up to 32 meters with long barrel and no recoil with variable zoom sight, but it was the Last AR.
Guns that can compete with the BALls-27 and the ASsM-1 (at least in my experience) is the KF5, especially the Breakneck variant? Wooh. Love that baby.
Black ops 1 fav game, best gun the Famas (so overpowered though) but love your choice of the Galil as your fav. Best Black ops maps would be nice, nuketown is an obvious choice, but firing range, launch, WMD....amazing!!!
Not a late weapon, but the Thompson with round drum was the best gun I’ve ever used in COD games.

FAD in MW3 was deadly if you knew how to use it and when to use it. The RPG in BO2 was a beast itself in my opinion.

I did see alot of m1a1 Carbines. Obviously people not prestiging or people who sweated to prestige 10. It was insane with trigger fingers

IW was kinda the same as AW, the early guns (NV4, KBAR-32) were far more dominant, and the M. 2187 or Proteus which were challenge/black market unlockable

The only thing I didn't like about the Barrett rifles in the CoD series was how an anti-material rifle wasn't a one shot. I understand they needed to be balanced, but still.
I am late but in WAW the M1 Garand can be used as a sniper too so there are 2 Semi Auto snipers in WAW
I agree with all of them except maybe the saug but I'm not that aggressive a player. But I'm grinding it for the akimbo. Keep up the videos Marley hope the cold gets better soon!

And the swordfish gets better when treyarch decided to put it on the pre made custom classes

Somehow you didnt fully capture what the dual saug is it's like the new model 1887, except instead of extreme range you enter the phantom zone when shooting them, like your bullets shred the other bullets or something and you take no damage
I agree with all the guns 100% Marley I also say that the Maddox in Black Ops 4 is a pain in the ass to go up against because I don't think it's an SMG on steroids I think it's actually a SMG on steroids with a crystal meth infusion

There are very few guns I would take the iron sights over let's say a red dot sight, but the commando was defiantly one of them
My fav is the m16 on mw1 at rank 1 the highest rank with the juggernaut attachment
