@@Djavo1 I still dumped people with it with only 6 rounds left in the mag and never used it with stopping power either. If you're smart with it, it'll wreck everything.

I remember being so proud that I got the Gold Brecci - enjoying my KD sky rocket. Then I realised it was widely regarded as overpowered and felt significantly less proud
You probably killed me so many times with that fucking thing. You didn't even have to stop to think. Just keep pulling the trigger, and any enemies within a 3 mile radius will die. And they won't just die..they'll feel the stopping power behind every single one of those blasts, which never stop.
The Olympia in Black Ops 1 was my favorite. Put sleight of hand on there, and the two round mag doesn't affect you too much. Better range, damage, and accuracy than any other shotgun, I mean they didn't even allow attachments on it because of that. Also, the Remington in Black Ops 2. With the laser sight and long barrel attachments, the thing is an absolute beast.

Bo1 we had the ak74 at level 17 which defos makes life so much easier as the guns before this are kinda pish 😂
The ump45 rapidfire suppressor from mw2 will forever be my favourite early unlock, m16 from cod 4 a very close second and the mp7 from b02 third

It's like a lazer. The first time I used it, I got 27 kills in a match..and I usually get around 10 kills.
This thing is nuts. In a game like Warzone, I once had 19 kills in one plunder game mode. And I usually get 5-10 kills on average.

I got to admit when I see someone rank 155 on this years cod with a gold m4.. I just think why.. are you not bored of just using that gun.. I maxed it out got it gold and went on to the next gun
I reckon the MP5 will get some more love in Modern Warfare. Especially with the attachments. :)
This comment aged well, order of SMGs I use mp5, mp7, aug, p90, and the Striker. The Uzi isnt a gun it's a supersoaker, and the Striker I haven't unlocked yet.

The CoD 4 AK-47 is right up there with the M16 and MP5. Put stopping power and deep impact on that thing and it absolutely cuts through cover and enemies like butter. Spray and pray!

I think the usas 12 from mw3 could've made it onto this list, unlocked at level 4, reliable 1 or 2 shot kill, decent range and fire rate, definitely one of the best
IW's NV4 is a common pick that absolutely shreds, low recoil and decent damage, not to mention the honey badger variant. The Reaver shotgun is an early unlock that's basically the Brecci 2.0.
Wish we had that M16 power in COD Mobile.
Speaking of CoD Mobile, best early guns IMO would be the M4 by default, and the AKS-74U. Also, it would seem that the Intervention from MW2 also returned in this mobile title, which is also unlocked by default xD

R870 from bo2 was a beast. Long barrel, laser sight, and quick draw turned it into a corner peaking machine

It was the mp5 from cod4 and the mp40 from waw. But the usp.45 from cod4 with a silencer sounded the best. Good work
Only gun I can think of that isn't a level 1-10 laserbeam is the AN-94. Man, I love guns that don't need a reflex because their iron sights are clean enough already.
I loved BO1 tied for my personal favorite COD. So with the said I'm surprised the Famas, AK74u, and Galil wasn't on the list.
For infinite warfare it was the NV4 for me, no matter what rank, I always went back to it

In the Modern Warfare Beta, I just ran the M4 with the MP5 and nothing was stopping me...they were overpowered as hell, and I would assume that they have been nerfed already.

I feel that this works for classic Cod, but not the newer BO games. I had a blast playing MW MW2 Bo1. I picked up BO4 from humble bundle and gave it a try. It was waaay too convoluted and not intuitive to pickup and enjoy. Now I'm not going to say I'm good, infact I was very rusty not having played COD since MW3, but there was virtually no players in my skill level. Every game I joined was filled with people so familiar with the game that I really didn't have any fun repeatedly getting spawn camped. I play overwatch, which has tons of people of varying skill level. Some games I get my teeth kicked in some I'm doing the kicking.
the m16 with a red dot sight, rapid fire and marksman pro in mw3 is amazing.

Skill based matchmaking could never work for me. Because I suck, yet I sometimes go crazy and destroy everything.

Missed the Springfield in World at war marley, unlocked straight away. Very good since you get the sniper scope straight away

Another shotty that is borderline broken is the combat shotgun from WW2... unlocked by default, crazy damage, crazy range, and you can also load incendiary ammo for maximum cancer

Basically every early gun in MW2. I’ve found that late guns are pretty meh. Once the acr is unlocked you’re set for good.

That gun was my baby. I defended so many flags with that sucker. The KRM in Black Ops 3 was a worthy follow-up, too. It was powerful enough to defeat a brecci, if you were fast enough.
Underrated, but the M4A1 was pretty boss in MW3 as well

I could never seem to use a sub machine gun in ww2. The MG15 was the ultimate starting gun in that game. Just my opinion. That is the only cod game I was never able to use a smg or assault rifle/battle rifle...
Nv4 probably 1 of the best, especially with attachments and barriers

IW: NV4- M4A1 remake but also had the infamous "Flatline" the bane of hardcore variant. and the Erad energy smg.

The KN44 in BO3 was a great default weapon. 3 shot potential, easily controlled recoil and a decent fire rate

the dsr-50 nerf still hurts but it was still a god weapon in the new modern warfare any gun that has a high rate of fire and no recoil

IW had the NV4, Reaver (Both from the get go) and the KBAR-32 (Level 3) that are all mental for early unlocks
And even though you discounted Ghosts, the Honey Badger and M27-IAR were integrated into preset classes you could pick without spending any Squad Points, so I'd honestly give those a spot

Pretty much the best gun in infinite warfare was the NV4. It even went through a nerf because it was a lazer beam. If not the NV4 then it was the KBAR.

Modern Warfare will have a multitude of great weapons. The M4A1, obviously, will be one of the top weapons. But any weapon can have very good potential in MW 2019. I was able to customize most of the weapons in the beta and really bring out their strengths. It all depends on your gunsmith knowledge. The only weapon I really had trouble with was the pistol.

The best default/early weapons to use in Infinite Warfare are the NV4 Assault Rifle and the ERAD SMG.

CoD been that game where the default weapons are better than the later unlocks.
For Infinite Warfare, I swore by the NV4 for the period that I played it.
I knew this is an old video and iw wasn't particularly well liked but the nv4 should be on this list

Im hoping that CoD MW is a return to form for CoD, i havent properly played a game since bo2, i played ww2 but it didnt have a heart in a way, the rest where shite havent played ghost to now (minus ww2) think i made it to level 35 or something before i forgot the game existed

ump 45 - very accurate submachine gun.

fmg9 - good machine pistol.
mp7 - better in mw3.
dsr 50 - very deadly sniper rifle.
bal-27 - very balance assault rifle.
asm1 - very balance submachine gun.
205 brecci - deadly if you close enough.

One thing to remember is that the M16 in MW3 was much weaker at launch than it currently is.
Would it be possible to make a video explaining why Capt. Price never ranks up to Major? Unless it's simply because he was in the Gulag for 5 years. I don't know, just thought it would be worth a mention.
