- I have finally completed the tail mod on my CBR650R! I am in love with the way it looks, and the way it changes the bikes feeling. I believe I am the first to review it in English, so let me know if you have any questions regarding the mod!

The tail looks soooooo clean!!!! Honda must change the oem in the next models, it looks like it came from the 2000s. Does this tail allow you to have a passenger seat?

Yea it looks amazing BUT I personally leaving all stock. Don’t have felling to change as bike looks for me enough good as is made by Honda. Only thing I want is black screen, even exhaust is good for me. Same I don’t have felling to change for tile tidy. Anyway like your videos and keep going. Ah next thing I would change are tires, not that I hate stock ones, for me they are enough (I have unrestricted power) but everybody say that there is huge difference with for example Metzeler M9.
Can you purchase the tail online and if so where did you get it? and did you customise the front fairings as welL?
I checked that tail and it's damn expensive, another option is getting a tail from yamaha R1 and change the pilon underneath with the original, that thing fit the CBR650r. It's less expensive and it looks a lot cooler.
What year should the tail be?

Was it hard getting it rewired to use the turn signals with it? I don’t want to get rid of the blinkers but just wondering if it’ll be cumbersome to do that.
Duuuuude, that is the tail I've wanted on mine since I saw it on some IG influencer's page but the guy refused to share where he got it so drop that link asap. The bike looks absolutely perfect with it!

Edit: Just found the FB page and it has the pricing so disregard that but thanks agins Quinten. This is the best rear cowl I've ever seen. Looks like the one in the R1 and Ducatis!

Its from Captain Smart Parts on facebook. Your looking at 11400 THB. which works out around £260, plus also another 6000 THB for shipping which is around £140. so.. you need to ask yourself... is it really worth the money for a seat cowl made of poor quality materials...
Yeah it looks better - but.. is it really worth £400. and thats if you dont get import charges or what not slapped on.. and then wait atleast 6 months?
Id rather just buy a damaged tail piece, cut it to fit.. or as close as and then just bang a fiberglass mould on it and make my own.

No mirrors and OEM levers.. I've got the shakes... Lol. A tail mod is one of the many things I do in the first few hours after taking delivery of a new bike. I don't waste time..

Hmm I can order this exact tail it’s a bit pricey overall considering you can get a proper fitting one for 2019-2020 for cheap (little lower quality for sure but like 40-50$) and a proper fitting one for 2021+ for $100-120 or so that’s bit higher quality then the former.
Or over double or that price for this one. The cut outs are cool though . Hm

Check out some tank grips as well. I picked up some cbr1000 Branded tank grips (Chinese I think) for about 15 and they are awesome, had to use my own adhesive to beef it up though.
You can get some pretty decent 650r spec grips that actually fit properly for literally same price. Spent $18 to the door or whatever for mine and adhesive is great been over a year and hasn’t budged a bit.
I wouldn’t really recommend buying off fitting ones to try and make work for that price lol.. especially since it’s not a 1000rr either

Stock looks like naked bike from rear... I personally don't like it.... But company should give racing tail in 650r ... It will definitely increase the bike sales
