Marvin, It all depends on how much they are getting charged and what is your pricing. Properties will always look for the cheapest option so sometimes to get your foot in the door is by charging cheap and work your pricing up through time.
It's actually the other way around. The property charges $25.00 to the residents and I'm the one who gets a fee from that. It depends on what you agree your prices per door.
@@stephreneewilli Honestly, it depends on the property if they want to pay you $15.00 there is so much competition now a days that is just depending on what you offer for them to say yes. None of my properties pay me $15 per door because of all the competitors out there who charge less.
