    If you're planning to buy a whole lot of those new mats, try contacting the manufacturer on them and see if you could buy them direct in bulk or by the 'case'. Might be able to get a good discount over paying retail from Home Depot.

    How do you determine service days? Example, 100 units apartment, 200 units
    Also, what time do you service them, since you can’t be at the same location at the same time ?

    Big fan of your content and I'm subscribed. Can you please tell me how you deal with going to a complex and offering your services if they already have a valet trash company they work with? Thank you

      Hi Brandon! Thank you for watching. Of course, I always go into a property keeping in mind that they may already have a contract so that is the advantage I use to pitch and up sale our service since I know that what I offer is much better than the bigger companies. Is all about what can make your company more attractive to their community. Honestly if they already have a contract with a bigger company is much easier to get the property, but the only downfall is that you have to wait until the contract is over. Hope this helps!

    Hey! I was wondering how many properties you have currently and how long it took you to get them so far? Also how much revenue are you generating roughly and what are your profits margins? Looking to start a company in NC and wanted to know how scalable it is and what you can expect to net on any given property

    Congratulations 🎉we are still praying to get a contract soon. We’ve had three apartments ask for bids and we sent them. What advice can you give us to follow up with these apartments but in a way that we won’t seem desperate lol?

      Thank you, Nely! This is my biggest struggle. The waiting time 😅 I check every other week and stop by the property when I can. At the end of the day, I pray, and I think of what my mother tells me all the time. "If it's meant for you, it will be just wait and keep praying." 🙏 Best of luck!

      Actually, I did not pay attention to the size I was going more for the price to be honest. Any size that makes sense to you.

    I'm in a situation and wondering if i can get your advice. There's a management group that is un happy with current valets services, and contact coming to an end. Problem is they have 22 properties but i can only manage about 4 of them. So they have to see if there any penalties or issues if they renew contract with current valet , but give me the 4 of the 22 properties.
    I'm not sure if you've been in a similar situation, or have any advice. If you do if greatly appreciate it. Thank you very much

      Hi Brandon, I have not been in that situation yet but congrats to you! This may be a great time opportunity for you to take over all 22 properties. All I can advise is to take what you can and go from there. I'm not sure if you have worked in this industry before so 4 at 1 time may be a little too much if you don't have any help. Be ready to also have the funds for all trash bins and labor if you are hiring any people.

      Hey what do you use to notify residents that you're on site? Do you like the idea of having the trash scan app to prove that you're on site servicing. There's always those residents that don't follow rules and may complain that you didn't come by. Curious to hear your opinion. Thank you sir
