When you do a property are you bidding for the whole property are offering single services per resident?

I been seriously considering jumping into this. I have a handyman business and I’m looking to transition into something new. Used to be a maintenance tech and before that a porter so this is right up my alley

Oswaldo great stuff! Question when you first started out did you start your commercial auto insurance before you got your first contract? We are running into the issue of properties asking for this with no guarantee of a contract which can be costly with a contract in place.
