Is there a device/holder that I can insert into a fixed, built-in gunnel rod holder in order to change the angle?

some devices can allow you to rotate the direction of the rod holder, like this one: www.boatoutfitters.com/drop-in-rod-holder-swivel but unfortunately, you can't change the angle of the rod holder without switching it out... I hope this helps!
