Also, an interesting fact: the girl who tells Giselle there is a festival in town is the original Morgan in the first film.

Actually, Love Power was supposed to be a bit longer, it got cut, and, in my opinion, they cut some of the most beautiful lyrics of the song, the full version is better. I specifically loved the “love power” word play.

The first movie showed that Edward is softer and much less bombastic when it comes to his feelings for Nancy. It reminds me of when he asks her why she is sad at the end of the first movie.
I didn’t think it was so iconic as the first one, but I really really enjoyed it so much. I like that you noticed the boob shifting… OH MY GOSH. WhenI first saw it, my friends stopped and cracked up. I think it’s the angie. It’s just not right😂
It's a village called Enniskerry in Ireland :) although one of the buildings you see is false ( the big town hall type one) lol. It was pretty much all filmed in Ireland in 2021 ( even indoor scenes/sets were done in Dublin) apart from a few reshoots in England and New York at the start of 2022. The Pink house is a real house that was renovated on the outside for filming, in Greystones Wicklow. I live in Ireland so was able to see a lot of the outdoor sets.

@@CSS-Tails_Forever Enniskerry is a lovely little village. The pink house was returned to it's normal look as soon as they finished filming so you can't see it anymore (it just looks like a normal house again). Wicklow is lovely :)

@@2010Aveen Pink or not pink, that's still a very cute house! and far from normal if the little tower part of the building is real (I'm not sure if it is because if you look at the actual house's roof in comparison, it is much more worn-looking than the tower's roof).
edit: I was sadly right, that whole tower is not real :( took a little bit of digging but there's some before photos and photos of it being built.
I love this movie so much, I love the storyline, the characters, the songs, everything. I have already watched multiple times it is so entertaining

My brother wants to be a cinematographer, and he really enjoyed the way they did the lighting when Gisele was doing the whole Jekyll & Hyde thing 😅
This is by far one of the best movies I've ever seen
Monroville is in Ireland, not far from me. It got a Disney make over at the time of filming so we got to have a look whenever the cast weren't there. It was beautiful. I'm not sure if it's still Disney looking but her house was always pink just made it more pink for the movie.

That’s everyone’s problem people really need to stop putting spin offs/sequels/remakes/reboots/adaptations in the shadow of the originals and just let them have their own independent successes and be treated as something completely separate it’s a nasty habit that needs to be stopped
The great with naps was a total Sleeping Beauty reference since they looked like the three faries.

Monroeville is actually a real place! It’s in Ireland in Enniskerry and Monroeville was available to visit in 2020! I’m not sure if the set is still there, or if it’s still available.

Disenchanted had such a messy plot and erased the progress of the first film ending
Giselle was cartoon ditzy again and she acted like she never adjusted to the real world, they erased that she actually had a career with her kids fashion line
Robert was just there, he acted like he didn't have a job either
Maya Rudolph character was meh, typical PTA Mom/ Evil Villian
Prince Edward and Nancy were just side characters
It lacks the magic and charm of the first film
