സാർ , സുമേഷ് കുമാർ എന്ന ഞാൻ പ്രിയാഭവനിൽ കൊട്ടാരക്കര പുത്തൂരിൽ താമസിക്കുന്നു. ഒരു വർഷമായി എനിക്ക് ശ്വാസനാളത്തിൽ ക്യാൻസറാണ്. 2020 ആഗസ്റ്റിൽ റീജിയണൽ ക്യാൻസർ സെന്റർ ആയ RCC TVM ൽ വച്ച് 6 മണിക്കൂറ് നീണ്ട ശസ്ത്രക്രിയക്ക് വിധേയനായി.
അതിനെ തുടർന്ന് sound Box നിക്കം ചെയ്യുകയും ശബ്ദം നഷ്ടപെടുകയും ചെയ്തു. പിന്നീട് ആറ് മാസകാലത്തോളം മൂക്കിൽ ഇട്ട ട്യൂബിലൂടെ ദ്രാവകരൂപത്തിലുള്ള ഭക്ഷണങ്ങളായിരുന്നു കഴിച്ചിരുന്നത്.
തുടർന്ന് 32 റേഡിയേഷൻ ചെയ്തു. ഓപ്പറേഷന്റ ഭാഗമായി തൊണ്ടയിൽ ഒരു ഹോൾ ഇട്ടു . അതു വഴിയാണ് ഇപ്പോൾ ശ്വസിക്കുന്നത്.
അഞ്ചേകാൽ ലക്ഷം രൂപയോളം ഇതുവരെ ചിലവായി.
മൊത്തത്തിൽ കടത്തിലാണ് ഇപ്പോൾ . മാസം തോറും ചെക്കപ്പിനായിട്ട് പോകണം . പുറത്തു നിന്നും വണ്ടി വിളിച്ചാണ് ആശുപത്രിയിൽ പോകുന്നത്. മാസം 7000 രൂപയോളം വേണ്ടി വരും ആശുപത്രിയിലേക്കുള്ള യാത്രാ ചിലവും പ്രോട്ടിനും മരുന്നിനും ആയിട്ട്.
വീട്ടിൽ ഞാനും ഭാര്യയും രണ്ട് പെൺമക്കളും ആണ് . മക്കൾ പഠിക്കുന്നു. എന്റ വരുമാനം കൊണ്ടായിരുന്നു വീട് കഴിഞ്ഞിരുന്നത്.
ഭാര്യ വീട്ടു ജോലിയ്ക്ക് പോയിട്ടാണ് ഇപ്പോൾ
വീട്ടിലെ കാര്യങ്ങൾ നടക്കുന്നത്. അവൾക്കും സുഖമില്ലാത്തതാണ് .
എനിക്ക് ജോലിയ്ക്ക് പോകാൻ ഒന്നും കഴിയില്ല.
ഇപ്പോൾ എനിക്ക് സംസാരം തിരിച്ച് കിട്ടുന്നതിനായിട്ട് ശസ്ത്രക്രിയ വഴി തൊണ്ടയിൽ ഒരു വാൽവ് (Tracheo Esophageal Puncture)
ഘടിപ്പിക്കണം. ഓപ്പറേഷനും മരുന്നിനും എല്ലാം നല്ലൊരു തുകയോളം ചിലവു വരും.
ഇപ്പോൾ ഞങ്ങളുടെ കൈയ്യിൽ ഒരു നിവൃത്തിയുമില്ല.
അതിനു വേണ്ടി കഴിയുന്ന രീതിയിൽ സാമ്പത്തിക പരമായി ഞങ്ങളെ സഹായിക്കണമെന്ന് അപേക്ഷിക്കുന്നു സാർ🙏🙏🙏

Nice presentation.More theoretical information than practical experience.Lot of load bearing construction are happening with HP bricks of Valapattanam which are time tested too .Here VP bricks are advised for load bearing suggested by Weignerberger itself.Is it necessary or more preferrable ..?

@Green Asheville Information actually wrong.Porotherm has less water absorption than normal red bricks. Ii f water absorption is an issue then normal red brick also can't be used in coastal area,but actually not that case.Exposed work may not be possible in in coastal area
