Sir, i have a question. എന്റെ ചോദ്യത്തിനുള്ള ഉത്തരം അറിയാവുന്ന ആർക്കുവേണേലും മറുപടി ദയവായി പ്രീതീക്ഷിക്കുന്നു.ഞാൻ ഒരുപാടു പേരോട് ചോദിച്ചിട്ടും എനിക്ക് ഒരു ശെരിയായ ഉത്തരം കിട്ടുന്നില്ല. എന്റെ വീടിന്റെ പണി നടന്നുകൊണ്ടിരിക്കുന്നു. Main തട്ടുവാർക്കൽ കഴിഞ്ഞു മുകളിൽ 2 മുറികൾ കൂടിയുണ്ട്. അതിന്റെ വാർക്കലും കഴിഞ്ഞു. ഇനിയുള്ളത് തേപ്പു നടത്തുകയാണ് വേണ്ടത്. അവിടെയാണ് എന്റെ ചോദ്യവും. എന്റെ വീടിന്റെ main തട്ടുവർക്കൽ നടത്തിയത് പുതിയതായി മേടിച്ച തട്ട് ഷീറ്റ് കൊണ്ടാണ്. അതുകൊണ്ടുതന്നെ ഷീറ്റ് നു യാതൊരുവിധ മടക്കോ തുളയോ ഇല്ലാത്തതുകാരണം വാർക്കൽ കഴിഞ്ഞു തട്ടുപൊളിച്ചപ്പോൾ ശെരിക്കും വീട്ടിന്റെ ഉള്ളിൽ നിന്ന് മുകളിലേക്ക് നോക്കിയാൽ വാർക്കൽ ഇൽ സിമന്റ്‌ തേപ്പു നടത്തിയതായിട്ടേ തോന്നു. അത്രക്ക് finishing ഉണ്ട്. വർക്കലിന് വേണ്ടി കുഴകൂട്ടിയതും എല്ലാം ആധുനികരീതിയിൽ എന്നപോലെ Mixer machine, pressure pumb ഉപയോഗിച്ചാണ്. വാർക്കൽ കമ്പി കെട്ടിയപ്പോഴും തട്ട് ഷീറ്റിനു മുകളിൽ spacer block വെച്ചാണ് വാർക്കൽ നടത്തിയത്. ഇനി ഞാൻ മുകൾ ഭാഗം തേപ്പ് നടത്താതെ white cement um പുട്ടിയും അടിച്ചു പെയിന്റ് അടിച്ചാൽ മതിയോ. തേപ്പു നടത്തിയില്ല എന്നുവെച്ചു വാർക്കൽ നു ഉള്ളിൽ ഉള്ള കമ്പി തുരുമ്പു എടുക്കുകയോ മറ്റോ ചെയ്യുമോ.തേപ്പ് ആവശ്യമാണോ അതോ വേണ്ടെന്നുവെച്ചാൽ ഭാവിയിൽ ദോഷം ഉണ്ടോ. മുറികളും ഭിത്തിയും തേപ്പ് നടത്തുവാൻ ഉദ്ദേശിച്ചിട്ടുണ്ട്. വാർക്കൽ നു താഴത്തെ ഭാഗമാണ് ഞാൻ തേക്കണോ വേണ്ടയോ എന്ന് ചോദിക്കുന്നത്. ഭാവിയിൽ എനിക്ക് മുറികളിലും ഹാൾ ഇലും ജിപ്സൺ വർക്ക്‌ ചെയ്യാനും ആഗ്രഹിക്കുന്നുണ്ട്. അതിനു തേപ്പു നടത്താത്തത് ഒരു തടസ്സമാകുമോ. ദയവായി ഉത്തരം തരുമെന്ന് പ്രതീക്ഷിക്കുന്നു.
ചില പഴയ വീടുകളിൽ കമ്പി തുരുമ്പിച്ചു പുറത്തു വന്നത് കാണാറുണ്ട്. Low budget വീടുകളിൽ gypsum ceiling ചെയ്യുന്നുണ്ടെങ്കിൽ പ്ലാസ്റ്റർ ചെയ്യാതെ ഇടുന്നതും ഇപ്പൊ കാണാറുണ്ട്.

Dear no need to plaster on inside roof if it is good and steel is not exposed, you can use putty directly,you must plaster roof top and give necessary slope for rain to drain out
