To make this traditional Cheese Boreg you’ll need
puff pastry sheets one pack 17.3 oz /1.1 LBS
cheese is optional / don’t use cheeses that melts 10 Oz /283 g
1/4 cup parsley + 2 tsp dry parsley (optional)
3 Tsp cream cheese
1 egg use egg whites to mix with the cheese
1.5 tsp black seeds
black pepper 1/4 tsp
for the egg wash
1 egg yolk
1/4 tsp vanilla extract
1 tsp milk
Sesame seeds
black seeds
