نصف ملعقة صغيرة بيكنج باودر
واحد ونص كوب حليب دافئ
نصف كوب زيت الزيتون
بياض بيضة واحدة
للحشو ة
نصف كوب زيت زيتون
نصف كوب زعتر
بيضة واحدة
متزريلا جبن ١٠٠ غرام
جبن ابيض ٢٠٠ غرام
حسب الرغبة في كمية الجبن والزعتر يمكن اكثر او اقل
شكراً للدعم
4 cups of flour, approximately 610 grams
1 teaspoon salt
2 tablespoons sugar
2 tablespoons yeast
Half a teaspoon of baking powder
One and a half cup of warm milk
Half a cup of olive oil
One egg whites
For filling
Half a cup of olive oil
Half a cup of thyme zaatar
One egg
Mozzarella cheese 100 grams
White crumbling cheese 200 grams
Depending on your desire, the amount of cheese and thyme can be more or less

Thank you, for a lovely and so tasty recipe. Every home can adapt it to their taste, Clamato is usual but in a pinch V8 is wonderful. Try spreading a thin layer of mayo on the tostada and then add the ceviche on top, it calms the acidity from the lemon juice, hope you like that addition.

Your job is 80% right This meat dough is not Armenian, but Turkish from Gaziantep.
All your work is correct, but there are 2 missing ingredients in the mixture, and also the dough should be better to be easy to work with.
This is an excellent recipe. I followed pretty much exactly yesterday - just didn't have chilli powder so I added a bit of cumin instead. The meat mixture was the perfect mix of flavour. The hardest part was rolling out the dough. By the 20th one, I was getting close to a circle but not quite. Also takes a lot of flour dusting or you will get very frustrated with the dough sticking to the rolling pin. I appreciated how accurate the measurements were in the recipe for amount of dough, size to roll the lahmajuns, and using the third cup measure for topping. It worked out perfectly. Other nice additions when you're ready to eat: grilled eggplant salad (eggplant, diced tomato, onion, parsely, lemon), or pickles!

This is the lazy version. I make birek from scratch. This is ready onlyput layers and put cheese. My partner sister in law Albanian lady makes like that l told her that s a cheating 😂😂😂 and I told her to make from scratch and we make together.And we was very proud because she make from scratch first time and when I come back from holiday I make by my owne without help. Is very easy but takes time. That my favourite Albanian dish.
