I had bought stale pastry since it’s difficult to get here in Pune,India .I was going to make deep fried samosas but the pastry was breaking into pieces. I followed your recipe and saved the day thank you
I too am from Pune. The samosa Patti was dry and breaking as I wrapped up, so I applied a paste of flour and water to the patti before wrapping. It worked and was healthier.
I will try to make this with spinach and potatoes I love potatoe pita. I am Bosnian I am gluten sensitive but it’s so delicious ans crispy once with potatoes yummy.

Можно верх смазать смесью: 1 яичный желток + 1 столовая ложка молока (или 1 столовая ложка воды, ели нет молока). Дополнительно можно посыпать смазанный этой смесью верх кунжутом (черным, белым), семенами льна или подсолнечника. Это по желанию. Получится красивая золотая, слегка коричневатая, блестящая корочка. Я только что сделала так, только с мясом (фаршем) и сыром. Удачи!
