- Introducing the Free-flow Parclo interchange in Cities Skylines 2. This new tutorial will show you how to build this system interchange to help you mange traffic from one highway to another and it's a great alternative to the Cloverleaf.

Cheers @Piccana, you've made it! TH-cam is officially hiding your videos from me :D Somehow I didn't see it when it came out. Gonna build this beauty right now
TH-cam working as intended. 😂 I'm gonna have to see some of your builds one day!
Another great video! Keep it up man :)
Thanks so much, really appreciated 👍
Great interchange but maybe some of those grades were a bit steep, think I saw a 9.3% at 3:40 and 8.2% at 7:40. Works fine in game but not if you're a stickler for realism.
Yeah, good spot. The one at 03:40 I actually didn’t realise was that steep. Not gonna lie, didn’t look at it closely when I was making it. The one at 07:12 I know was awfully steep and that was the one that bugged me. The steeper curves at 03:40 and 07:12 are kind of a trade off for not having to bring the 400m, top highway marker out even further. Well, that’s the way I was looking at it.
For the loops with the quarter circle, semi circle (02:40 07:40). I’d usually bump the height down 1/3 on the quarter, so down to 6.25m on the quarter circle sections, then down to 0m on the semi circles to complete the loop. Not as smooth as I would like here, but I wasn’t gonna re-record a whole build for a few deg. I think it still looks pretty good. Also, you’re using gravity here to slow down traffic on the loops coming off the highways, so maybe an unintentional safety benefit. :p
Appreciate you taking the time to dig down and have a good look at the detail and have a chat about it. Enjoy the rest of your weekend bud :)
Great looking interchange, and a great video. Good job!
Thank you very much!
Fuck, that is a work of art. Keep 'em coming!
Tom, you legend. Have a good one man.
Keep on making them intersections. They are great
Thanks very much man. 🫡👍
I hope you make this a mod! I always struggle to build interchanges and you make it look so easy
I'll probably make them all once we get the option. Probably a few months off that yet 👍
The city skylines 🐐
Cheers Stevie! 🫡
Hell yeah
Cheers man 👍
I'm waiting for a new intersection video. I got a lot of help from watching the video. If it was unnatural due to my lack of English, please understand.
All good. Hopefully new video up soon once I get my head round the new software.
I wish I could give this 2 giant likes instead of 1
A comment and a like is plenty 🫡👍
Isn't this technically a cloverstack
Could be. When I think cloverstack though, I usually think of big ramps going up and over
@@piccana_ perhaps it's *topologically* a clover stack, but a radically different type of construction which merits a different name? Or perhaps should we say that a cloverstack is a subset of free flow parclos?
