All that someone needs to do now is come up with a Ninja Speedi Keto Cookbook, and both items will sell like hot cakes! I would suggest that you consider completely revamping the order of the sauce and fettucine as follows: Put most of the water in the bottom of the roasting pan, then add the broken up fettucine, followed by the cream, parmesan cheese, etc. and give it a good stir. This will save you time and dirty dishes. After you get that mixed up, you can always add a little more water to make sure that the pasta is covered and then proceed from there with your original
    recipe.

I love pesto too, Scott. I also like Classico. I won't ever buy jars of Alfredo sauce again - I'll be using your recipe. Love it!!!!!

It looks good but look at all the meat lost by cutting instead of pulling off the tail.

This is the best Alfredo using the Speedi and making your own sauce. I normally make my own, but at times use jarred.

Watched several videos yours looks delicious, but think I would just pinch those tails off the shrimp and rinse the asparagus before cooking. I see many videos using the same spoon to measure ingredients from different jars, maybe just me but I don’t like to mix other ingredients into each other, like peanut butter and jelly I use two different tools. Peanut butter last me a long time kept on the shelf but the jelly i refrigerate after opening , otherwise it can develop mold, thus if mixed with same tool there’s a chance of mold developing in the peanut butter kept on the shelf, just saying in general not critical of you definitely going your speedi method.

I don’t use the same spoon either or if I do, I thoroughly rinse the spoon before dipping into a different ingredient. Yes I would rinse the asparagus as well and pinch off the tail skin.

Jarred Alfredo Sauce is Gross, I always make my own Alfredo. Its easy and not many ingredients, and oh so much better
