I can tell you are a realtor. How about the vegetable and strawberry fields, also the dunes near the ocean, the wine warehouses, train access, variety of businesses, etc.? So much has been left out. Also, the usually nice weather.
LOL nice weather? WINDDDDDD and more WINDDDD plus the perpetual smell of poop. The only redeeming factor of Santa Maria is how close Santa Barbara is and LA

So, much murders it started to look like Lompoc and Los Angeles. The mayor oh yeah thank you very much just enjoying my nice cup of tea 🫖 & appear only when is re-election time. 😂
I am from orcutt Santa Maria is not part of orcutt and once you drive out of orcutt past Jack in the box up to Albertsons and the other stores you're in oak knolls not Old orcutt

No joke, the older part of Orcutt has large lots. A lot of investors like to purchase the lots and add accessory dwelling units (ADU) formerly know as Granny Units.

Sir, u didn’t went inside because there was nothing but a couple of stores open that’s it & d little of bit of court foods, subway, hot dogs, pizza 🍕 for 1 slide is $7.99 small slide by the way, Macy’s who keeps stealing from customers y’all keep an eye for ur bill statements & keep them with you at all times they will come back and charge for old purchases from 2016 that was already paid a long time ago.
Anyways, yes sir u didn’t show the mall because there ain’t nothing more to show. Oh yeah the Edwards Theatre, Red Robin, Spencer’s, just a couple of stores open that’s it. They keep leaving the mall because is to expensive & the crime rate.
Oh yeah, the cops won’t show up until everything is done. Don’t forget the Text messages they send 😂 Thank you for calling the police station We will get to you as soonest We can, due to the high Volumes of calls & patrol police cars unavailable right now to get to you. Yeah, What cop cars patrolling what areas? You only see them when it’s time to get pay at the end of the month they come out only to finish the tasks they supposed to do during those long periods of times of 1 month. That’s the only time u see them 😂 giving out tickets and enjoying their nice cop of coffee.
Here is one example; a grocery store was getting robbed and on S. Broadway a patrol car with 2 officers wasting their time on that car. They were there for 2 hours WTH and they would rather attend to that than go after the thieve. 😂
They are a joke seriously 😂 all We can do is take matters into our own hands and that’s what the groceries market did.
Since, the police officers said; We will get to it as soonest We can have the store manager call the police station and I told them They did 🤦🏻sir. The officer: okay than an available patrol car will be there when there available. I was like are you kidding me right.
It was just a waste of time crime rates are on the rise and the patrol cars sitting in their garage at the police station. But Yup a patrol car will be available whenever there is one.
You are on your own people.
Anyways, moving on 😂 He says $5.00 - $50.00 home owners Association I call 🐂 💩. To keep homeowners to stop parking on the streets. It’s a public street sir people can park in public streets if they want to. Seriously, this home owners association are managed by old people don’t forget that oh and by Karens too. They will get into your business for just little things.
Who in the hell want to pay a mortgage along with a $400.00 month homeowners association. WTH! That people needs to stop 🛑 seriously oh and if U don’t pay that fee they will send people to damage your property and to break into your property. Think about it people don’t get into those areas that have homeowners associations those people are extremely toxic karens.
ORCUTT, Sir that’s for people that are 50-100 yrs old. Senior Citizens mobile homes where your rent is 2k or more tops just to pay the property rent and on the side u need to pay for the mobile home you purchased. 😂
ORCUTT is a small little town too you got West old ORCUTT and the New East ORCUTT. Welcome to the jungle and let’s just leave it at that 😂.
