Honestly, I never understood the point with the Lv3 spikes. I mean, if the chaser manage to dodge the first one, then they'll always dodge the 2nd.

it actually does twice as much damage if the person hits both and since the second strip gets deployed a little later and if you turn enough then it will go in a different place so you can block the road with the strips

@@yungshull exactly after the first strip i turn in a instant before the second one drops and most of the time if i time it right i hit 2 cops at ones. Double kill! Lol still my favourite weapons are still the Emp Jammer and off course the turbo

When done correctly, you could surprise your opponent during a drift by deploying the Level 3 spikes as the spikes begin to turn left or right and hit your opponent. Ideal for those tight turns when you want to surprise your opponent from behind.

Do "Stampede" event as a racer. You can unlock turbo by doing this event.
However. After you finish this event, some events will not provide turbo or any other equipment. Therefore, use your equipment wisely.
