Unpopular oppinion: Ghost really did an amazing job on NFS rivals, just people were to nostalgic and skeptical to really appreciate and enjoy the game.
Yea just extremely packed customization (compared to later nfs payback) but gorgeous graphics and so many twists and turns yet cristal clear to follow. Would love playing again but now I have a job and little to no time to even log into the ps4
I know right. This game is my favorite of all time and I still play this game as my own depression killer. Whenever I feel depressed about something, this game makes me feel really better. Ghost did the great job at this game and thus it did got generally most positive reviews.
@Riyad SGNP GT4 was made in 2004 but it still has realistic lighting and shadows, hell it could go 1080i in a PlayStation 2! NFS has visually-apealling graphics which are not realistic, they're over exaggerated.

Most wanted 2012 introduced me to them when they were still going by The Ambassadors. Love song drug song is by far one of my favorite songs ever and when i saw that pagani unlock scene it gave me chills
I remember when I was a kid I used to cry because it was to hard but now playing as a teen it is surprisingly easy but that's probably because I'm in the beginning.
Some of the intros fit the cars so well it's quite frankly incredible, whilst others just feel like an afterthought. Veneno, Aventador, 12C, F12, Huayra, Mustang GT, SLS Black are stellar, whilst the 458, Gallardo, Ford GT and the P1 really didn't get the spotlight they deserved.
Especially with some songs being reused, it was definitely because of the rush to release this game- there could’ve been some more unique and exciting unlock scenes for some cars

I looked to the forums, reinstalled the game, updated the drivers... just to find out that for some reason game didnt even attach a key to start events. Also I had random game crashes in medium shadow settings so I had to play in high with less fps :/.
I wanna do this with my dad’s 72’ ford bronco once we get it on the road. I wanna recreate the NFS rivals unlock screens for the racers IRL except have my dads bronco be an “unlockable car” despite the NFS games never having an actual ford bronco in them.

Had a bit of a rough start with the bad server performance and hackers. Nowadays it's actually pretty good. Not the best but still good.

Rivals is the best NFS game in my opinion. Graphics were amazing for a game made 10 years ago and the dynamic weather system was ahead of its time.
