This dude is rad. He pretty much fixed everything I hated about online shoe reviews. People talking about them straight out the box, when they haven't even worn them yet. And when the would do skated reviews, it would be for one day at a skatepark. It's rad to get some useful feedback before balling out of control on a pair of shoes that might not even be that good. I dig the lines. Skated these flat ground and Downhill and they lasted me about a month and a half before the sole wore out. The insole was dope, I wasn't doing any high impact skating so i can't give my opinion about that, what I did like was that the sole helped my feet feel locked in. My socks wouldn't slide around after 3-4 hours of sweating in the shoe, which I liked. the actual feel of the shoe was on point. Board feel was good, the toe was just right, and they were GRIPPY holy shit. Loved them for downhill and freeride. The heel lasted way longer than I thought it would, since there is much less rubber there than the rest of the sole. Would buy again, will buy again.

Riding Converse Tre Stars. Very flexible after a while of use, great board feel, grippiest shoe i've ever had, good quality suede. I skated them for like 6,5 months and didn't repair them at all.

look into trying the Adidas Dorado ADV Boost! never seen anyone do a good review on a skate shoe with the new Boost technology yet, you HAVE to look into it

Would be great if u could expand this to other non-skate shoes as a dancer myself it's hard to blow thru undurable shoes that can't take a lot of footwork (hence why I'm on here in the first place LOL) but I'd understand if you want to just do mostly skate shoes to keep it 💯 BTW that brown looks good, don't even trip! Think like dessert colours

I skate these shoes. I love em so much. The insole part, I took them out because I rely on footprint insole game changer elites (I don't use stock soles). Overall, they're great. I like the stitching seams.

I recently started skating footprint insoles again so I put the gamechangers in there and its been one of the best shoes I've had in a while!
I have a couple of suggestions: Etnies Marana OG, Etnies Lo-Cut, and the Etnies Marana Elite please! Also, maybe the Nike SB Blazer Mid (non Grant Taylor Version), Converse Kenny Anderson 3, or the Huf Choice if you can. Thanks!

I am in envy with the availability of the shoes and the the presence of core skate shoe brands (Emerica, Etnies, Lakai) in your countries. In our country, the Philippines, corporate shoe brands are the only ones mostly available; Adidas, Nike, Converse, Vans, New Balance, DC. It's not that I hate it, but even with the presence of Adidas and Nike in our malls, specific skate shoes are still not shown on sale, esp the pro model shoes. If I am to name the pro model shoes that I commonly see being sold here in physical stores and online, it's gotta be the Nike Janoski only, together with some pro model shoes of Koston and P-Rod. Adidas on the other hand only sells the Matchcourt and the City Cup (I've been longing to have the Lucas premiere shoes). Good thing that Converse included us in the availability of the Lopez pro's, atleast an additional option to our small list. That's why we always end up with skating with DC, Janoski, and Vans Pro, (no pro model shoes too; AV, Kyle Walker, Gilbert Crockett). New Balance has also started marketing their skate shoes in our country since they're the ones sponsoring our national skate team. I also do hope that Nyjah's will be available in here too

I've had many skating shoes and honestly these are my favorite of them all. I've had trouble with hardflips, but now it feels so much better.
