Thank you! I've tried a 10% lactic acid solution on my chicken skin and wow, the bumps are almost non-visible the first night of use! I've used scrubs, moisturizers, bleaching products just to smoothen out parts of my skin that has chicken skin before and nothing worked, except for this one!

Never mind, I'm not going anywhere for a few days anyway and I'm sure I'll look fabulous after it's healed a bit more. If you feel tolerant, you may use lactic first, moisturizer, wait 10-15min, then apply Retin a. Yes they will penetrate, Retin a works best when done consistent for max results as it takes time to work in the skin to regenerate

I would be very cautious with that high of a percentage. I’ve never even seen one that high. Anything over 20 can be very dangerous

First of all I want to say your videos our revolutionary to me, that I only just realized some things after watching them (like how can I use more than a pea size amount of retin A). I want to incorporate lactic acid in to my regimen. Would it be too much to use it with retinA? Can I do alternate nights with it? Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Hello. I am an 18 year old who has mild acne but my forehead acne is pretty severe. I am currently on Retin A gel and a lot of my acne is on my hairline. I do wear my hair down, but I make sure to wipe my forehead and face throughout the day. Most of the forehead acne is composed of acne marks. Any tips?

You can use a Lactic face wash and apply vitamin c after on dry skin. Allow that to absorb before putting on retinol

I’ve been using the 5% for 2 years. Use it one to two times per week, after cleansing and toning then apply to your face, leave for 2 minutes and apply moisturizer. Wash off in the morning and you’re good to go. Don’t forget SPF!
