Great, just saw that they have a new edition with some new features and changes. It’s a heavy duty suit and will work great as long as you don’t get too hot.
Great minds think alike! I have the exact same jacket, pants and gloves! Wore mine on a 1500 mile trip, 60 - 102 degrees, rained on (3 times). Stayed comfortable and dry (vents were great while riding). Great videos! Keep up the good work! Thank you!

I just bought the black pants and gray jacket. Both were too small.
When I called Rocky Mountain and spoke to Kirsten to arrange to send it back to exchange it for the next size up, she said the MSR gear runs smaller.
I told her thanks, then it's NOT me getting fatter!!!! ;-)

I feel like something changed with the gloves when they went from ARC to MSR. They are clearly the same design, but im not sure if they changed the factory or went to slightly thicker materials or what. I just know my original ARC labeled ones were incredibly comfy in both windblock and airflow, while the MSR ones feel tight with lumpy seams. The Voyager pants seem very similar to the old Battleborn Pants, but trading a real waterproof liner for tpu coating. I hope they managed to make them breath better, but that is unlikely as the vents look the same and I cant imagine TPU coating breathes any better than generic waterproof breathable liners.
The MSR Air gloves are among my favorite right now. Good fit and feel. The Voyager are a bit too hot for summer. The pants flow air ok when standing but still are fairly heavy and hot for summer.

Sorry for the long delay. I didn’t forget about you, just been away for a month. Just tried my knee pads under the pants and even with the pant knee pads still in place I had room. So I think most knee braces will work. Only note I’ll make is that I think the size 34s I have are on the larger size for me, but I think in general these pants are on the roomier side.
