For reducing hair fall, eat a balanced diet that is rich in protein. Use a gentle shampoo for your scalp. I switched my shampoo and hair conditioner to litellileextra coocooniion one year ago, and it has reduced my hair fall.

I've been trying cooconion shampoo and the reeactivate serum for a while, and honestly, the results is positive.

Shampoo doesn't cause thinning. Thinning is caused by genetics, sickness, stress, or diet.
Shampoo only affects hair that has already grown, the hair that it touches directly. it does not affect the amount of hair that will grow in the future.

I just started using this again it has been years. My hair looks really good. When I first met my wife she got me using this that was 20 years ago. She is a hair stylist. I just started again with it. I believe I am going to keep using it. I have thick hair and it helps smooth it down.

They also have the ALL SOFT MEGA range. It would be helpful to compare the two as the mega one are for severely dry hair

That’s good if your hair is coarse or very dry. All soft is better for dry fine hair.

I recently tried to all soft shampoo and conditioner, it made my hair super greasy on day 2. I usually can go 3-4 days using moroccanoil shampoo and conditioner. Guess I'll be sticking with moroccanoil products.

a lot of girls with oily scalps/hair like the redken cleansing cream as a gentle clarifying cleanser, you might like that one more. typically girls with dry hair/scalps will like the all soft/all soft mega more.

5:03 This is exactly why I switched from using shampoo to only using conditioner to wash my hair. After buying 5+ shampoos all promising to be gentle just make my scalp and hair so dry and my hair sticks to my head when rinsing. I will trust you on this one and give this shampoo a try :)

    • @Aphrodite01

All soft is a hydrating shampoo & conditioner but it does have silicone in both so I wouldn’t advise using it all the time. Use a clarifying shampoo once a week, redken one is good.

Dunno why in coments ppl not satisfied both works for me perfectly somehow. I have thin hair and its dry within 1-2 days , with the shampoo and and conditioner makes it really smooth and soft makes hair appear a little thicker and it feels like for first time my hairs literally living again. I must have destroyed with cheap shampoos my hairs within the years.. my sister is a hairdresser and she told me to try out both and i did not regret it I actually surprissed how good that is

This shampoo contains a lot of oil.. putting oil on your oily hair isn’t going to make it clean but more heavy and will make your hair get greasy quicker :/ it’s nice for one day but I wouldn’t recommend if you get oily hair really quickly

I used this mask on my bleached hair and indeed they got very soft and shiny. But! I think they turned yellower. It was just a 3rd wash and I went to a top salon so for the bleach so it shouldn't lose the color so soon . I could be wrong but not sure if I want to use it again

The protein mask ( the one with blue sticker )
I use the castor oil mask . ( But only free shampoo )
I also have a mask from L'Oreal Elvive line . The total 5 repair .
And as shampoo i know youse the tressme volume shampoo and conditioner . It has protein in it . And it's more in the bottle companie to Shea moisture . Still if i will ever change my shampoo again I'll go back to Shea moisture . Strengthening line . tresame is now my think . And another conditioner an dshamoo i enjoyed from the drugstore was the Garnier fructose repair ( the one with orange bottle ) after i bleached my hair . It use to feel like a broom 😂😂😂😂😂
And that made it soft m it was the only thing that worked . It has a type of silicone that grabs the damaged part of our hair . It is calledb. amodimethicone
Look for products that have this .
L'Oreal total repair 5 has it in the mask only . Don't use their shampoo from this line . It is really bad 😞 .
But yeah no need for all these profesional things these days .
A serum i like it's from L'Oreal jojoba oil . Also Schwartzkopf . Has seam leave in spray m i try them all . They are good . I like the one with ceramides .
Look up for Shop schwarzkopf leave in Spray . Also a hair myst from herbal essences the one with aloe it's really good . I leave ehair myst as leave in and I used a lot of them , i lost count . Garnier has a good leave in with coconut oil , it also comes in a spray form . I saw that Garnier has creams as well for a leave in , but I'm not a fan of creams tbh . So i cannot speak for that .
From OGX , i used some stuff but I'm not a fan , just their heat protector leave in , seams good . I know everyone likes their keratone shampoo and conditioner , but it doesn't wash well trust me . If u grab something from that keratin line , just get the conditioner, not the shampoo .
