All of this is bullshit as a chemist this is my list -No heat on your hair -Good microbiome on your head / coconut oil - no overwashing your hair with shampoo -healthy body with high circulation / blood thinners in small doses like asprin / turmeric work so does things like niacin and he shou wou. Vitamins in general being in balance, especially dont lack vitamin b / biotin-- dont overdo it or you might get cysts in ovaries or lots of acne. -Low stress. Stress ruins the hair because high tension constrict the muscles and does other things like mess with your sleep and hormones. -Microdermabrasion and Inversion Method work , massage your hair ;) The rest is product this product that; all air. You dont need expensive products at all.
Use oil as leave-in. My hair is fine..so I do oil treatments but then after washing (with clay as my shampoo) I use instead of oil, aloe vera juice. If I can't eat it, its not going on my skin or hair. The aloe juice is a game changer👌
If you have dry coarse hair, you still might need a normal rinse off conditioner plus the leave-in and oil. I do. If you have a stylist you love, use the products they use when they do your hair.
Hey Chris, I watched every single one of your videos back at the end of August. I bought the products you suggested for my coarse hair. I even told my hair stylist to stop trimming my hair unless I absolutely needed it. My hair looks and feels so healthy and has actually grown. I’m super impressed! Thank you so much for sharing all your knowledge with us! I appreciate you so much!
@@itsmidtrib1569 I followed the recommendation list for coarse hair from Chris. I use the Morrocanoil Moisture Repair Shampoo and Conditioner, Moroccanoil Treatment, Morocanoil Hydrating Mask, Pureology Color Fanatic Leave In Spray, Redken Rebel Tame, and Redken Thermal Spray.
So I did this thing, I watched all your videos, went and bought Olplex 3 and 6, redkin rebel tame, purology leave in conditioner, okay so I used Olplex 3 45 minutes, washed with Paul Mitchell smooth shampoo and conditioner, sealed that in with purology leave in conditioner, mix half a pea amount of Olplex 6 with a full pea of rebel tame, blow dried and finished with the smallest amount of organic coconut oil!!!!!! Now I would like to take this opportunity to Thank my Mom and Dad for great coarse hair and God for bringing them together and allowing me to find your videos Chris!!!! Happy Holidays to you and yours 😘
These videos are so good, but what i love most of all is how short and precise they are!! Lots of hair videos go on for 20+ minutes, before you get the answers you want, but the ones you make are always informative, easy to understand, and gets straight to the point. it's REALLY appreciated :)))
Unbiased opinion...I had a lot of issues growing my hair and in November I bought a guide from an online TH-cam guru whose audience is primarily black. Following her instructions, my hair has retained length like crazy. It hasn't been this long in 16 years. I've noticed that her detailed advice is extremely similar to his free guide. I wish I found him first so I could have saved my money. Long story short, his advice is legit.
I was searching for a hair growth serum and litttleextra reactivatee hair serum looked interesting as it had some impressive ingredients. It contains Redensyl, along with Rosemary and a variety of other effective ingredients. These ingredients are recognized for their positive effects on hair growth. I started using it and I feel it has helped reduce hair fall. It is lightweight and non-greasy, so it is easy to apply. With regular usage of about two and a half months, I am seeing good hair growth and new baby hairs.
I dealt with extreme hair fall around 6 months ago. For the past 6 months, I have been using reactiivate hair serum, and I have noticed a good reduction in hair fall. Additionally, the hair thinning issue is also under control.
That's just how it's categorized because it's at a grocery or pharmacy store. Some lf those products are pricey. Just prioritize what's important for you.
that’s how i feel :( i have all the products in my cart right now, & even discounted plus free shipping, it’s $104 at ulta! i never really invested in my hair care, so i’m debating on whether i should finally make this investment
@@SerenaBustamante Genuinely I used to just believe drugstore shampoos were just the same as salon products and that it was all just hype, But I did invest several years ago and there is a difference. I was forced to use drugstore products out of pure necessity recently and I was totally shocked at how dreadful my hair felt 😬 I prob did about 5yrs worth of damage in one wash! How about instead of purchasing everything on your wishlist you just get the basics and gradually add to your routine to keep the expense manageable? I know it's definitely not cheap but your hair will thank you I promise!
Hi Chris from Romania. It's the first time in 50 years that I love my hair and that's because of you. You should talk to the people at yt to give you the right to authorize any post related to hair because you are brilliant. I followed all your advice a nd now I have healthy hair, I only use the electric brush when I wash my hair every 4 or 5 days. If it's not too much, you could also help people with wavy hair or people with gray hair... surely you know some tricks... God bless you!
@Blowout Professor thank you, you have changed my hair. I just had to cut about 11 inches off my hair because the damage was so bad it couldn't be saved. It's now just over my shoulders. My hair is still damaged from the nightmare with having highlights put in. It's been 3 years, and my hair still had highlights in places. I was using Redken damage and repair. Most of the damage was cut off, so I decided to start over and really take the time to find the perfect products. Now I've been using Redken volume shampoo and conditioner, Redken blow out, pureology leave in conditioner and oplex oil. My hair feels incredible. I can see it getting healthier.
Is your hair fine? Mine is and I've always been told I can't get it highlighted because it would break off. I used to color mine at home and it fell out by the handful in the shower, so I stopped coloring it. My hair is so much healthier lighter and shiny.
Went to my hairdresser today for highlights + trim. My hair can be a bit of a challenge naturally (curly and thin). I have been using this routine for quite a while now and even bleaching didnt ruin it. Even my hairdresser complimented me on the health of my hair 💅😎
Chris - you are a wealth of knowledge. My hair is SUPER fine and thinning on top. I want more volume, but my hair gets very oily, like after day 2 of shampooing and conditioning I can’t leave the house it is so noticeably greasy. I have some work to do with tips (double washing, etc) you have put in other videos. One thing I notice, though, is the models, like the one in this video, seem to have nice, healthy hair. I wish you could devote a series of highlighting (not coloring lol) someone with dreadful hair like mine. I’m 55, hormones are ravaging my hair and body. I have totally binged on your videos since I found your channel. Thank you so much for posting these. Your advice is counter intuitive to what we’ve all been taught and it’s amazing, if not a little overwhelming, to retire my brain.
I had the same issues as you, my hair is fine. I been using Hempz sweet pineapple shampoo and conditioner. It helps my hair looking and feeling fuller and clean without the weight down. After shower, with damp hair I use the Paul Mitchell serum. I don’t put too much products on my hair due to the weight of products. But the serum It’s super light weight and feels amazing. Hope it helps! I got my products from ulta. As of right now, my hair is falling out a lot, so I’m using a peppermint oil once a week, apply to my scalp for 40 mins and massage for a few mins then wash my hair.

In one of the videos, he discusses using a bond repair to fix some damage (cut out unsalvageable) etc. Also mentioned biotin pills to increase hair growth. Some dermos recommend rosemary oil
Just a heads up, the hair quiz isn’t working. It’s says “this Typeform is now closed”. Also THANK YOU for the simple but hair changing videos! Grateful to have found them.
Thank you Chris! I just started following the healthy hair routine around 3 weeks ago and my hair has never looked better. I had pretty much given up on my coarse hair that usually felt like straw. You’re videos have been life changing!
@@Pakistankikhana I have coarse hair so I purchased the products Chris recommends. The Moroccan Oil moisture repair shampoo and conditioner, the Pureology leave in conditioner. I also use Olaplex #6 and Redken Frizz Dismiss blow dry creams. And the last product I use is the Moroccan oil for my ends.
My hair has improved so much just by following Chris’ advice - my hair was quite frizzy and damaged because of stress poor nutrition and non existent hair care routine. I used to use a claw clip for a few years to keep my hair up and didn’t realise the damage it was causing! The back of my head had shorter damaged / twisted hair and it looked awful. This is what transformed my hair : A blood test which showed low iron. So I was started on iron tablets. Better nutrition ie more protein like eggs and protein shakes and vitamins (multi plus vit D). Trinity hair care routine - Olaplex 3 - use on wet hair , leave for 10 minutes ONLY. Then wash with a herbal non commercial Neem shampoo (no chemicals / sulphates etc). Then a regular conditioner on mids. Dab hair with towel and use Pureology leave in conditioner on mid lengths. Hair dryer the hair (no hot irons). Jojoba oil rub tiny amount in hands and apply to the ends. The result after 3 months of iron and 1 month of this above hair routine - healthier shinier less frizzy hair. Its changed my hair from looking dull and frizzy to full of health. Although my hair is thinned anyway i dont have much, but its texture has definately improved :-). I had cut my hair to above shoulder to get rid of the damaged ends and no growth, and since following this routine my hair is actually growing longer! Thank you Chris
Chris, I truly appreciate this. Less is more and the industry just wants to sell us lots of stuff. I am a lazy, natural fine silver haired woman who just wants to get ready quick and look lovely. This type of routine has always worked for me and 4 days at least between washes because I only use 3 products.
I´ve only watched a few videos of you and i am so impressed by the good information you give, no BS good advice, busting myths. Also by all the comments of people saying how much you helped them and also by how creatively and well done your storytelling is!! Amazing work!
I want to know, if they stop using products does their hair look great or bad as it was? I think if there's no improvement with use, then it's no good for the hair. I looked up the oil suggestion..it had a bunch of ingredients I can't identify easily. Why not just jojoba?
I knew he was legit, because most stylists who do my hair always use the Moroccanoil shampoo and conditioner he recommends for my hair and it always makes my hair look smooth and healthy.
Hi Chris, thanks for the great recommendations. As others have mentioned, some of your recommended brands/products are not available in other countries (like Purology, the Redken Blowdry cream). Would be great if you could recommed alternatives from other brands (we have here Moroccanoil, Living Proof, Olaplex, Kerastase, Serie Expert, just to name few).
Shampoo Conditioner Leave-in conditioner for hydration Blow-dry cream to add body Heat protector for flat-ironing Hair oil for ends Not exactly three products, but at least simplified.
I tried your recommended products for my fine colored hair along with my current professional shampoo and conditioner. (Pureology leave-in conditioner, Redken Big Blowout styling cream and Redken 22 Thermal Spray.) I can't even begin to tell you how this combination immediately transformed my hair. My hair was perfect all the way down to the ends! I am on Day 3 and I don't even feel like I'm ready to apply dry shampoo, so I'm going to go another day or maybe longer. I am extremely happy with your recommendations and grateful I came across your TH-cam channel. Thank you so much. The only thing I would like to improve is to learn how to make the curls last. Per my usual routine, I used a curling iron to create beachy waves and I used hairspray afterwards. These products made my hair silky and while it looked beautiful, the curl didn't hold. I have plenty of body in my hair and I typically don't have an issue with the curls falling out. I tried using my curling iron on Day 2 and the curls still would not hold. I'll search for one of your videos that addresses this issue.
Financially I can't buy all the products at once so I buy them every salary date, so thank you for this, it makes me feel comfortable with my hair journey and splurge, and the fact that I have fine hair too made me wonder if it won't weigh my hair down. I bought my first recommended product that will be here today.
Thank you so much. Since I started following you, my naturally curly hair is gorgeous, shiny and long. My blowout last the whole week. Thank you Chris!!
Hi chris ... I have strarted using a leave in conditioner it has been a game changer .. My hair doesnt get dry anymore in all seasons ... Goes for atleast 4 days ..amazing
Yay, finally someone who knows! I have 3C curly, bleached blonde hair. After shower I use the moroccan oil leave in & comb through. Then i mix the moroccan oil with the moroccan smooth cream, rub, rub rub rub & apply raking through my hair. I get bouncy, light, volumnious locks (other products can leave it almost flat), shiny, so soft to the touch & i can refresh with 1to 3 of these depending on the type of day or even if i plan to go 2, 3 days without washing this stuff doesn't build up like most others. If i will be home during a no wash day, i won't do anything the second day and i wake up with a great head of hair. I remove hair tie & leave it to fluff out/ get the tie mark. 2 no wash hair i would refresh if you have curly hair as I don't produce much oil bleached or not. But because i go blonde it can use added hydration but not that my hair is in dire need in any way. I am looking for a sub for these 3 moroccanoil products to no avail. I have gone in, called a few salons and they recommend 1 and say thats enough even though I've told them the 3 moroccanoil i use. The 3 not only make my hair fab, but they have longevity power, giving me two days of fresh lookin hair. But they also do different things as our Blowout Professor mentioned. For me the key products are the leave in condition & oil (I only love the virtue oil but not enough for curly, bleached hair on its own. I sometimes use it on the second day) The moroccanoil leave in conditioner & oil work well outside the moroccanoil line. Thank you Professor!
I have a really specific problem that I'd like your help with! I'm on a mental and physical health journey and going from no exercise for years, to trying to get about 30 minutes to an hour of intense activity everyday has definitely changed up my personal grooming routines. The only exercise I have truly ever enjoyed doing is swimming (because I hate sweating), so that's been my way back into being more active and I'm going about 3 to 4 times a week. So I went from only having to shower about every other day, and washing my hair only twice a week, to now showering after every swim session to get the chlorine off and stop it from damaging my hair. I have a pretty long length that I really want to keep, it has had some highlights and coloring done to it about 4- 5 times in as many years even though I'm naturally a dark blonde, and it's a fine shaft with slightly wavy texture and really fragile ends and edges that are prone to breakage. I'm really wondering what kind of routine or products you would recommend to help offset the damage and to get manageable, decent looking towel/air dried hair, as I usually don't have time for heat styling. Also, just a note, swim caps hardly ever keep hair completely dry and although I've been meaning to get one anyways, I just haven't yet. I do have plans to eventually add some strength training/cardio at a gym, and I also really wonder about what a good routine would be for taking care of hair after sweating, when I get around to starting that? Hope you see this! Love the info so far! Still watching some of the older vids, but I really appreciate your straight forward delivery and clearly high level of knowledge.
Thank you for asking this question!! I am the same as you! I really need to start exercising again. My favorite exercise is swimming but I have not started a routine yet because my hair is long and quite lovely. I’m scared I’m going to ruin it. When I used to swim, I used to coat my long hair in a light oil and then wear a cap. It kept it healthy. I can’t remember what oil I used. It’s been a few years… 😳
You are my absolute hair guru, life saver, best thing in the internet. Thanks from bavaria. My hair was a total mess and everytime i went to the salon someone asked me if Im using hair salon products and masks and it made me angry cause i got EVERYTHING at home. Olaplex, all the wella stuff, ghd everything, but I used it the wrong way and noone, no videos, nothing told me, how to use that stuff, even the directions didnt tell me that.. When i saw you first, i thought why should this athlete with no hair know that, but I liked your hosting style and than i gave it try. I didnt even have to buy anything, cause i have everything at home and the outcome is spectacular. I will replace on the long run, my products with your recommentions, but i never had the feeling compared to other content ceators that you have to sell something, I got more the vibe of use the stuff you have but the right way. Im so grateful i cant tell you how. It gave me some youth and selfesteem back and im looking forward how it will turn out on the long run. The only thing Im still struggeling, im a watersport fan and in the summer, when im in the south of france i look like my hairdryer exploded. Still have to find a way of what to do with my hair when its getting wet a lot, or when there is a lot of huminity, but thats another story. Anyhow THANK YOU SO MUCH, LOVE EVERYTHING YOU DO, YOU ARE THE REAL DEAL, YOU ARE THE BEST!
Chris. I absolutely love your videos. I have fine and oily hair that is easily weighed down, and you are the first person to actual tell me WHY. Thank you 😊 Now here is my request. You say your assistant can go up to 7 days between washes...but I think it is safe to assume that she is not going 7 days without showering lol. I shower everyday, but only wash my hair every 3 days, and find it to be difficult to maintain nice hair in between washes when I am still showering. Putting my hair up in a bun, plus all the steam, usually leaves my hair flat and awkward looking by the end of it. Any tips here?
I always wrap a towel around my hair before taking a shower (the way you would wrap it after washing your hair). The towel catches all the water and keeps my hair perfectly dry
Hi Chris, I just discovered you while looking for the holy grail of hair care for my thin, baby-fine hair that never grows because it breaks off. I never used heat styling because it is so fine and I thought it would be better to allow it to air dry. I do use leave-ins (Terax Life Drops) but I have ordered the Pureology leave in and am looking forward to trying it. I am so glad I discovered your channel because you cut right to the truth and educate us, who have been victims of the industrial hair complex for years! I have subscribed and already watched a lot of your videos but will keep watching more because I have so much to learn from you. Thank you so much for making these videos!
Hi Valerie, fine haired girl here: did it work the wonders promised ? I just ordered everything and I am now having second thoughts because of the costs 😢
@@e.k5636 That's my problem too, I haven't ordered them bcuz they're so expensive & money is tighter. I wish he'd give alternatives that won't force you to skip grocery items
Day 3 hair today after washing with my new Redkin shampoo and conditioner, using moroccan oil leave in conditioner, and hair oil, and it's looking even better today! THANK YOU! OMG
I took before pics yesterday, went out and bought the shampoo, cond, and leave-in he recommended and used them today along with my oil and I can already tell there's a difference. I'm really excited. Lol
@florinacovaci8703 so I'm finding that the shampoo definitely helps with keeping the oil at bay for longer. I returned the olaplex oil because I felt like it wasn't working for me, and I had another kind, but I've been wondering if I should get it again. I'm actually at a transitional point right now trying to figure out which styling products work for me, so I'm not thrilled with my hair at the moment, but I do recommend the Pureology leave-in conditioner and the Redken Volumizing S&C. It feels nice, I just end up messing my hair up with styling products. Lol I might have to go back to just the basics for a while.
I started watching his videos a while back and I would do the routine he suggested once in a while (that was before watching him), now I’ve been doing it every time I wash my hair and the change is real!!! I’m obsessed with his hair care tips
I’d love to watch a video with scalp health topics because a few years ago I bleached my hair and it got so messed up, I half my hair fell and hasn’t come back, it got frizzier and it doesn’t grow as fast as it did. I don’t know what happened but I’d like to know a remedy (or if there’s even any) to bring my hair back :( now my scalp kinda burns since that day
I followed your advice- bought expensive shampoo, used heat protectant, blow dried it and omg!!! It looks so good!! Thank you. My frizzy, awful hair is smooth and although it doesn’t look like I’ve had a hair appointment, it does look healthy and smooth. Thank you!!
Hey Chris! I’ve been using a revlon brush to style and blow dry my hair but I recently just switched over to a regular dryer and round brush because I find it makes my hair more voluminous and i find that my ends feels softer. I’ve been playing around with different size brushes but i still can’t decide which size brush is for which look. Could you make a video on the future talking about different size round brushes? Thanks for sharing your knowledge with us regular folks :)
He recently uploaded a video talking about different types of brushes! It's this one: th-cam.com/video/CQ7mcFfkFFY/w-d-xo.html for round brushes, skip to 8:09 :)
Personally, I did start with the Revlon Blowdryer brush. At Christmas time, I got the Amika blowdryer drush. I never listened to my hairdresser about using professional brands. I am a bit obsessive on my shampoo, conditioner and all of my products, but never thought much about only using professional stylers. Let me tell you, that Amika hairbrush changed my life. My hair looked so much much healthier and shiner. I got it with 2 free products at Christmas on sale. I paid $40 for the Revlon and $79 for the Amika which came with their full-size dry shampoo and a mid size bottle of the wizard detangler and heat protectant (I love this heat protectant more than Pureology and Bumble and Bumble. It almost feels oily when it goes on but it does not leave your hair looking or feeling oily. I usually leave my hair naturally curly in the winter and dry it is the winter. I have no more split ends. This brush has been a gamechanger for me.
@@lindakoberna3465 i love amika products, especially the wizard and their dry shampoo! i’ve never tried the amika round brush because i had the revlon and invested in a drybar dryer brush (which worked great but broke after a month) and dyson air wrap (which i don’t like). i also have a revlon plus now which i find works better and has a medium setting and a detachable head for rough drying. unfortunately, i’ve had dry ends with all of them. my hair isn’t unhealthy and i don’t have split ends but my hair is on the drier, frizzier side (it’s thick and curly naturally). i don’t mind oiling my ends after styling but a regular dryer and round brush has given me the best results and no dry ends :)
Thanks for giving the best hair advice ever. I was going to cut my hair because I was tired of having dry-rough hair. I am super excited to follow all your advice and improve my hair.
Hey Chris, Can you do a video on aging hair. I find that after 50 my hair has gotten much, much thinner… volume wise and the overall amount (not balding, just less). What can be done? Of course it is colored as well. Thanks!
Follow his healthy hair routine eventhough it’s hair after 50. It will never be as voluminous as it used to be but it still can be healthy and beautiful 🍀 Mine is 60 year old and following his instructions it’s so much better now.
I've been following this routine for the last 4 months while still using "normal" drugstore products (guess I got lucky and found some that fit me) and my hair has never looked better. Even people I've known for decades comment on it. I go 6 days between washes with no problem whatsoever. Can't thank you enough for your advice!
Love this! I have thin hair, but lots of it and product weighs it down like crazy! I always purchased hair products for “thick” hair until I started going to my hair dresser and she explained why my hair was so weighed down!
Thank you Thank you thank you. You have changed my life. I used to spend ages on my hair or just tie it up all the time. I cannot believe the difference
I Have used the trinity system for 2 months and I love the products! They do just what you say, following your instructions, my hair is so much better , no going back for me, and I am growing it out just to see how it does. So glad I found your channel Chris. 70 just got better, who knew!!!.
Thanks so much for the advice! I’ve been using your suggested products for just a couple of weeks and I can’t stop touching my hair because it is so silky! 💗
My hair feels soft for the first time in ages thanks to these videos! Thanks so much for making it so easy to get the right products. But here's a question. I have coarse, wavy, hair and I have little short hairs sticking out all around the crown. I don't use heat on my hair except for a diffuser on medium heat a couple times a week. How can I tell if this is breakage or new growth?
I just want to said thank you so much your advice change my hair completely, I been taking medication for hair loss but since I bought the products you recommend and apply the way you said is a total game change, I stop taking medication and my hair never been so healthy and shine and lovely in all my life , you are a life savior for me , ❤thank you for sharing you knowledge whit all of us for free 😂❤❤❤❤❤❤❤ now I believe everything that you said you have my respect from Chile 🇨🇱
For tip 1, i agree that skirting around professional shampoo doesn't help. I got acne on my scalp because i chose to do "healthy" shampoo that has "no this" or "no that". Didn't help. I do want to experience less chemicals in my life if i can help it and decided to try a shampoo bar and conditioner that claimed to have clean ingredients but with a standard cleanser ingredient. My hair never felt so light before. Still have oil build up the 3rd day which is usual for me, but still a good start.
Thanks again. I am going to find those products tomorrow-the ones you suggested for thin, thin hair! I copied your entire list so I will find the right products!!
Just found your channel (God sent 🙏💯💝) - thank you for this amazing, no BS, content!! Your videos are the answered prayers of many viewers! If you ever have the time for it, I'd love to know your view on the "new" (?) trend of using peptides (from the ordinary, inky list) for hair. Not sure if it's a hype or there's actual value in trying it out...I'm going to do the quiz next and binge watch the whole channel 🙏😄 You're not just the Blowout Professor but also the King of Perfect Hair 💯🙏. Heaps of gratitude from the UK!
I have followed his advice and it's the best hair and lowest time taking hair regime ever. I had to throw out all my drugstore hair products and invest in professional hair care range only. Small price for easy to maintain hair. Currently trying to achieve 1 wash per week.
I do have a couple of questions: 1. Do you apply leave-in conditioner on you roots as well as your mids and ends? 2. Do you apply hair oil on dry hair, when your styling is finished? Thanks a lot 🙂
Chris..the pursuit of good hair has been my life long (frustrating) passion. I took your test.. But I didn’t find the products for my fine, thinning, now frizzy hair. I can get volume with product, Velcro rollers & teasing.. What about styling products? I’m SO glad I found your channel.. Can’t imagine what took me so long??🤔
Thank you so much, finally a knowledgeable person that I can trust‼️ I have all the products that you advised. Can you please address short hair. I have been growing my hair out since Covid, but unfortunately I just found your videos and I’m ready to go back to shorter style.. what product would you recommend for styling fine hair. I’m 67years young and have always treated my hair with the best products ( I thought). I did buy the shampoo, conditioner, leave in conditioner and the oil that you recommended and can see a difference. My main objective is to have healthy hair and a good cut/style.

I just tried leave in conditioner recently - and yes i did wake up with less frizzy hair! I always wondered why would I spray wet products on wet hair when I wanted to get it dry… hoping to slowly incorporate a proper hair routine in the coming year!
Just wanted to let you now that you may need to update the links for the IGK shampoo and this youtube video link on your rec product list/hair quiz. Hair quiz still worked! Looking forward to seeing if these products help my hair!
You are so enthusiastic about hair you must so enjoy your job i have taken all your advice i can now now go five days without washing my hair or using dry shampoo so i am working towards once a week with your help
I love your videos a lot and they truly helped me know more about my hair and what I need for a healthy hair routine. The problem is that you suggest products that I have never heard of since I follow you from Algeria 🇩🇿 and even if I ever get the chance to order them online for world wide shipping they may cost me a fortune and take time to reach me here. Will you please consider suggesting ingredients to look for in shampoos instead or maybe more common shampoos all over the world? Will you believe me of I say that there is no leave in conditioner available here? 😭 Much love and respect for what you do ❤
Hi. Unfortunately i cannot find your recommended leave-in conditioner in my country. Any alternatives? Thank you in advance. Great videos, love them, learned a lot. Natasha
Chris, you're amazing. Thanks to your advice on hair products, hair routine and washing, my long fine hair stays fresh for up to ten days and I'm so grateful for sharing your knowledge with us. Greetings from Germany!
Thank you for these videos, they are very helpful and informative. My hair is most definitely in need of help and has been for years. It feels dry, frizzy and lifeless. My only problem is that I do not know exactly what my hair type is. I guess you could say that it is blonde (although it has darkened over the years especially after having kids), straight and fine but not thin. My former hairdresser said that I have fine hair but a lot of it. My hair can feel heavy once it grows past my shoulders which is why I haven’t grown it long in years. It also can’t hold a curl to save my life unless it’s teased and dowsed in holding products and even then it would eventually fall flat by the end of the day and then left feeling gross and crunchy. What’s funny is that my mother has dark, thick and naturally curly hair and my dad has has fine thin brown hair. My brother ended up getting my mother’s hair so not sure what happened to me. Lol
When you show this routine on fine and damaged hair and it actually works, I'll be all in! But if you use models whose hair is amazing to start with, it's just not convincing to me.😢 And btw I have very oily scalp and no shampoo will ever stop me from washing my hair for days, and I've tried the very best ones. Even the most expensive and luxurious shampoos can't change the fact that your scalp is oily!
I have followed your advice and my hair is so much better. I can go a whole week without washing it and it still looks great and is much healthier. Thank you Chris!
Please tell me if the oil goes on wet or dry hair? I’m getting conflicting answers. In your video you do it at the end of styling but I was told to put it on wet hair.
Hey Chris! I have fine naturally curly hair. I sleep on a satin pillowcase and sometimes wear a satin bonnet. My hair still looks wonky every morning. I end up wetting it and applying products every morning even though I only wash every 4 or 5 days! Any suggestions?
Recently discovered your video and love how easy they are to follow! Could you do a video on how to care for, maintain, and style a fringe? I recently got a fringe and love it but also get soooo annoyed by it.
Healthy hair is apparently unattainable for those of us in Europe who cannot get this brand of leave-in conditioner. D: Could you perhaps tell us what to look for in a good leave-in conditioner so that we can find a suitable alternative?
Hi Chris, I’m wondering if you have another example for a leave-in conditioner, I can’t find the Pureology one in my country unfortunately. I live in Sweden so if you have any tips that would be very much appreciated, thanks ☺️

What products you use for your coarse hair?

Genuinely I used to just believe drugstore shampoos were just the same as salon products and that it was all just hype,
But I did invest several years ago and there is a difference.
I was forced to use drugstore products out of pure necessity recently and I was totally shocked at how dreadful my hair felt 😬
I prob did about 5yrs worth of damage in one wash!
How about instead of purchasing everything on your wishlist you just get the basics and gradually add to your routine to keep the expense manageable?

That's amazing Emilia! Makes my day to hear it :) I'll have to make a video on gray hair since it's a different texture and harder to deal with 👍
@Blowout Professor thank you, you have changed my hair.
YES! Please do a gray series! Its inevitable for all your clients, and they seem to be more unruly than regular course hair.

I have started this routine! And I can see the difference already. Thank you Chris!
What are the products you usem
My hair has improved so much just by following Chris’ advice - my hair was quite frizzy and damaged because of stress poor nutrition and non existent hair care routine. I used to use a claw clip for a few years to keep my hair up and didn’t realise the damage it was causing! The back of my head had shorter damaged / twisted hair and it looked awful. This is what transformed my hair :
A blood test which showed low iron.
You changed my life! Everything I knew about styling my hair was wrong. Could’ve saved so much time.
Those are all great brands.
Yes Chris, please 🙏
I would love that too!
Would love that too (Pureology is not available here...)
Please suggest alternative brands
Shampoo

Leave-in conditioner for hydration
Blow-dry cream to add body

Hair oil for ends
Not exactly three products, but at least simplified.
Thanks for the break-down. Very helpful! :-)
Leave in conditioner is a MUST for me and it works every time. Thanks Chris!
I started using a leave in conditioner a year ago. My hair is doing so much better and I recommend it to everyone especially in the winter time.
Where have you been all my life?!???... thanks so much for the tips, this is what I call smart and beautiful
Did you figure out how to make the curls hold?
I think you can condition your hair before swimming, and that helps? Heard that somewhere
Maybe u trying out a swim cap?
Thank you for asking this question!! I am the same as you! I really need to start exercising again. My favorite exercise is swimming but I have not started a routine yet because my hair is long and quite lovely. I’m scared I’m going to ruin it.
When I used to swim, I used to coat my long hair in a light oil and then wear a cap. It kept it healthy. I can’t remember what oil I used. It’s been a few years… 😳
Before going for a swim, I coat my hair with a layer of inexpensive drug store conditioner then put on a swim cap ❤
Swim cap!!
Chris, you definitely know your stuff.. Can you do a series for curly hair? Also, what is your opinion on diffusers ? 😁
Thank you 😊
Now here is my request.
Do you use a shower cap? Maybe that can help a bit and keep your hair away from the steam
I always wrap a towel around my hair before taking a shower (the way you would wrap it after washing your hair). The towel catches all the water and keeps my hair perfectly dry
I have that issue...a well fitting shower cap completely fixed it!
In another video (don't remember what one) he recommends a terry cloth lined shower cap.
Terry lined shower cap works great.

Love this! I have thin hair, but lots of it and product weighs it down like crazy! I always purchased hair products for “thick” hair until I started going to my hair dresser and she explained why my hair was so weighed down!
Yesterday I found my perfect shampo and conditioner Moroccanoil Smooth 😍😍😍 now I need my leave in.
To the point - reasonable - rational. I was doing everything except the hair oil at the ends and haven't been getting length. Hope this helps!
Thank you Thank you thank you. You have changed my life. I used to spend ages on my hair or just tie it up all the time. I cannot believe the difference
Thank you Chris! I'm doing the trinity hair routine for a few weeks, my hair looks amazing!
I Have used the trinity system for 2 months and I love the products! They do just what you say, following your instructions, my hair is so much better , no going back for me, and I am growing it out just to see how it does. So glad I found your channel Chris. 70 just got better, who knew!!!.
such a concise & precise video 😭👌🏼 easy to understand for an average consumer like me
Thanks so much for the advice!
How can I tell if this is breakage or new growth?
i trust this man with my life
That’s scary.
I have watched almost every video. I have very oily hair I did his hair match test and I’ve been doing it for a month now. And I love my hair now.
Wow thanks for showing us how to use all the products and in what order at the end!
Thanks again. I am going to find those products tomorrow-the ones you suggested for thin, thin hair! I copied your entire list so I will find the right products!!
Please make videos on hair colouring and chemical treatments,
Please please 🙏🏻
Please do a video for premature grey hair and how to tackle it!
Amazing as always, Chris.
Love your channel! I'm already seeing improvement with your recommendations.
you crack me up & educate, perfect combo! sincerely, new subscriber
You really have to look at all his videos, will be a game changer for you
I do have a couple of questions:
Hey Michele! Sure. But it depends on how you like to style. Do you like to air dry? Or blow dry?
@@BlowoutProfessor blow dry and short pixie Thanks
I love you Chris! My hair looks better with every wash! You make it so simple to follow. Thank you!
Happy I could help Regine! 🙏
I must agree with Regine. Appreciate you so much my hair had been so so much healthier I just need to learn how to blow dry my own hair lol

@@kaytom6721 try the revlon blowout brush. It takes some practice but my hair stays so smooth for three days. It pays off
@@regineschuller8382 thank you I have tried it once and didn’t like it but I think because like you said it takes practice to get a hang of how to style
I tried your advice to build my hair routine depending on my hair type. And my hair never been so smooth, strong and clean my hair is ❤️🙌
I just tried leave in conditioner recently - and yes i did wake up with less frizzy hair! I always wondered why would I spray wet products on wet hair when I wanted to get it dry… hoping to slowly incorporate a proper hair routine in the coming year!
סרטונים מעולים. נדיר לפגוש ספר שבאמת מבין בשיער הבנה אמיתית
i took your quiz, hopefully getting my products soon 🤞🏼🤞🏼
Just wanted to let you now that you may need to update the links for the IGK shampoo and this youtube video link on your rec product list/hair quiz. Hair quiz still worked! Looking forward to seeing if these products help my hair!
You are so enthusiastic about hair you must so enjoy your job i have taken all your advice i can now now go five days without washing my hair or using dry shampoo so i am working towards once a week with your help
I am definitely going to start treating my hair in this way
Can you please give us more leave in conditioner recommendations since Pureology is not available for everyone?
Same problem 🤗
I love your videos a lot and they truly helped me know more about my hair and what I need for a healthy hair routine. The problem is that you suggest products that I have never heard of since I follow you from Algeria 🇩🇿 and even if I ever get the chance to order them online for world wide shipping they may cost me a fortune and take time to reach me here. Will you please consider suggesting ingredients to look for in shampoos instead or maybe more common shampoos all over the world? Will you believe me of I say that there is no leave in conditioner available here? 😭
Much love and respect for what you do ❤
sir i have to say i love your energy
Love it! Super direct to the point and practical!!! Could you tell us how frequently should we wash our hair? One a week? Twice? Three times?
Hi. Unfortunately i cannot find your recommended leave-in conditioner in my country. Any alternatives? Thank you in advance. Great videos, love them, learned a lot. Natasha
I have the same problem and he recommended Redken one United
Yaaaas King 👑 I was applauding your every tip, always on point!
Chris, you're amazing. Thanks to your advice on hair products, hair routine and washing, my long fine hair stays fresh for up to ten days and I'm so grateful for sharing your knowledge with us. Greetings from Germany!
Hi Natalia! May I ask which products you use? I'm from Germany as well, but can't find the leave-in conditioner he suggestes
I couldn’t find the Haircare Quiz.
I’ld really like your recommendation. 🙏
Thanks for your amazing videos.
Even the most expensive and luxurious shampoos can't change the fact that your scalp is oily!
i’m right there with you….no shampoo has ever allowed me to not wash my oily hair for days. it sucks.
Check out derms who recommend stuff for oily scalp
I have followed your advice and my hair is so much better. I can go a whole week without washing it and it still looks great and is much healthier. Thank you Chris!
Oh my god every time i see this man I just wanna to give him a moisturizer I don’t know why😂
He’s so informative though♥️
Please tell me if the oil goes on wet or dry hair? I’m getting conflicting answers. In your video you do it at the end of styling but I was told to put it on wet hair.
I’ve watched a few of your videos and they have helped me understand so much! Thank you.
Hey Chris! I have fine naturally curly hair. I sleep on a satin pillowcase and sometimes wear a satin bonnet. My hair still looks wonky every morning. I end up wetting it and applying products every morning even though I only wash every 4 or 5 days! Any suggestions?
Love your videos, thank you! My new products are in the mail and I can't wait go get them.
Awesome advice, and easy on the eyes. How could we ask for more! 🙂
Could you perhaps tell us what to look for in a good leave-in conditioner so that we can find a suitable alternative?
Hi! I found the brand on lookfantastic’s local website
Hi Chris,
I’m wondering if you have another example for a leave-in conditioner, I can’t find the Pureology one in my country unfortunately. I live in Sweden so if you have any tips that would be very much appreciated, thanks ☺️
Hej, har du lyckats hitta nåt alternativ? Den finns på lookfantastic men är jävligt dyr🥲
