On the low cost, low space requirement, a power tower combines the dip station and the pull-up bar often cheaper than buying both separately, especially if free-standing. Alternatively, for a little more money and less space savings, a squat rack with an integrated pull-up bar, a low weight short barbell (5’, 15 lbs) and/or any set of dip bars, will get you 70% of your development. Add a one meter, folding step ladder to elevate your feet as you progress and you’ve got your upper body covered. Get some duffle bags or back packs of various sizes and put some chains or sand or water bottles or books in them and now you have external weight to use for single leg squats and deadlifts. None of that will cost more than 2 years of gym memberships and will last for many years.

2.pen and notepad(to note and track your work out)
    3. 2 audio books (way of the superior man /the power of now)
    4. big water bottles (people know how important this is but didn't really do it)
    5. black out curtain and good pillow (for good and effective sleep) create good environment to sleep
    6. health tracker (health watch or aura ring whatever)
7.protein shakes and supplements to save time

vouch for notepad and pen, i do this and its actually made me more conscious about if i'm doing more than before. Different from looking at a tracker on my phone, it's more present in my mind. Kind of like taking notes in school, it sticks with you more than just typing something in google docs.

Love using an old fashioned notepad and pen, use it daily for my to-do list and notes. Certainly a computer and phone too, but no distractions when using the old school way 🔥👌

Love the advice in all these videos, it takes dedication and consistency to make progress. Just by watching these you're taking the first steps towards investing in yourself and the fitness journey. Wish I listened to your stuff years ago before I wasted a lot of time getting to these points through trial and error and several injuries.

Watching this video at 4AM. When the sleep part came up I knew it's a sign that I need to stop watching this video. It's ironic cause I purposely bought a blackout curtain just to help me improve my sleep but I still don't have the discipline to sleep on time. I'll sleep now and I'm gonna finish watching this video tomorrow. Thank you Bro, you're saving the world by helping us become a better version of ourselves. Peace out

Can totally vouch for the pen & paper and pull up bar. I also live in South Korea and it's mad how many people are on their phones at the gym. I get some funny looks for jotting stuff down by hand but honestly it's a game changer. Have to say it does take time though so might not always be worth if your good at tracking on your phone. It's funny how you mentioned the way of the superior man everyone seems to love that book atm. I tried to get a Korean translation for it but the artwork looked like some PUA bible. Either way it's cool to see someone else living in Korea with British background. Love the content, see me in a few years when my physique is on point.

One thing I would like to add is get some handgrips and incorporate some forearms exercises into your exercise routine, I often see that most people don’t work out those muscles and that area much, Yes you get some movements here and there doing all the “common” exercises but it’s not enough. At least in my opinion.

Wanhee saying that cuz the videos are free you don't have a strong desire to do the work.. but it depends on your relationship with money.. I'm not rich but I've wasted so much money i.e I think by spending 2.5k euro on college course I'll complete it but once I pay the money I don't show up for any classes. So for me.. spending money on something doesnt make me work harder at it.
