Hi adam got a question when setting up the wall light cam does the light switch inside the house need's to allway's be on in order the for the cam to work and if turning the light switch off inside the cam and light will get no power? Thank you for the review
I had this same question. It seems like an oversight, they should’ve at least added a switch guard with the packaging. I’m not an electrician but is there a way to have it bypass the switch?
Sorry buddy I don’t understand why you said the connector was installed incorrectly at the factory? I have received mine today in the UK and the screws to connect the wires should be facing inwards, not outwards as you have done? Mine works just fine, so not sure what the problem was with yours. Anyways thanks for the review, it helped me invest in one of these. Kind regards

Nice review! Just one correction, you said it has a 125 DB siren, this would cause hearing damage and it actually uses a 105 DB siren.

Yes the switch will have to be on and up....if u turn it off it will turn off completely.

That was on my house already. its what held on the original light. It did not come with the kit.

hmmm, setup was simple for me...did you first scan the QR code on the back of the light itself?
