Almost claustrophobic it’s so compact
His head is almost grazing every doorway and ceiling! Made me feel so claustrophobic despite how beautiful some rooms are designed!! 🤦🏼♀️
Yes, and so dark too. It has very limited natural light on the lower floors. It would be like living in a burrow.
You're spoiling us Toby! Really enjoyed this one. Im just £24,999,999 short....
Thanks for watching :) stay tuned for more
That's close ' THANKS GOD someone is more poor then me as I am 24,999,998 short ...
Ooh! I thought it was the other way round. I'd get you a penny
😀😀🙏
Oh gosh ! Just checked on Rightmove it's £19.9m now and still not sold 10 months later 😅😅
Imagine paying 25m for a house and not even having any grass to walk on
@naraithsil, i was thinking the same thing. Imagine what you could buy in the U.S. for this amount and acres of beautifully landscaped grass with 3 or 4 garages. i don't think the Brits are big on landscaping. i think they are happy with terraces. The homes are right on top of each other. i have seen some homes though where they are not on top of each other. Imagine if you had 2 big German Shepherds and when they start to bark because they hear or see something, the neighbors being so close together are not going to like the barking. But if you had 2 0r 3 acres of land surrounding your home, they are not going to be bothered by the barking as much!
I am continually amazed that people will spend this amount to live in London when the same amount could get you a fabulous estate elsewhere! Yes, the property is well done however given ULEZ and living cheek by jowl with neighbours, I personally think it is madness!
Qatari's have many homes.
If you have £24 million why would even live in the UK ?
The ceiling heights are ridiculously low, like walking in an underground parking garage.
Yeah, many details are not really great with this home, at least not 25 Million great.
As of February 16th, the price has dropped to 21.5 million pounds. Quite a drastic drop from the initial 25 mil.
The interior design of that home was simply amazing. Not a bad place to rest your head at the end of the day. The only thing that stung was the price. Where I'm from (the American Midwest) that price gets you a lot of acres and a house with 3x or 4x more square feet.
Yup, it's how it is. I live in the NYC area and for 1mm (still a lot of money for most) you get a shoebox. Move right across the river from Manhattan and you get a LOT more. It''s the same everywhere.
Outside of the M25 which surrounds London that price will get you plenty of land trust me. Also Knightsbridge is one of the most elite areas of central London therefore the price is to be expected.
Yes! beautiful home with excellent taste, but the rooms were not that big and the yard did not have acres of land to it. Gorgeous home but overpriced for sure!
Stunning property. However for me personally as beautiful as this I prefer open plan living spaces and larger spaces. Sad thing about these older buildings is they don't always offer that.
Appreciate you watching Gary! more of a lover of open plan too👍
I am the opposite, really dislike open plan living spaces, thank heavens they are generally on the way out.
@@rosieposie9564 I agree with you, open plan isn’t for me, I love privacy 🤣
I like open plan living and larger spaces too. The spaces in the London apartments are too small. I like the Mansions in Surrey, Buckinghamshire, etc because they have the same luxurious interior design as the London properties but they have larger spaces.
Stunning. Jut need. Lottery win!!
It’s nice but the master having a queen size bed is quite underwhelming
I disagree. Queen is the perfect size.
the ceiling height of the ground floor is weirdly low.....
The presenter is 7 ft..
@@baron17 oh wow, then that makes more sense.
Those outdoor spaces are truly stunning, but I personally find the glossy & greige aesthetic throughout the interior to lack coziness and feel a bit too hotel-like.
Not enough natural light. Where are the windows?
Love your presentation style, very professional and excellent knowledge.
The house is amazing and of course Knightsbridge adds loads of zeros to the price tag but if I spent that amount of money i would be really unimpressed with the lack of privacy from all those other buildings with clear sight lines into almost every room.
Love the channel, keep up the great content.
No matter how beautiful you stage this property, all I think is; No Privacy
It's really nice, I think they utilized the space well considering it's under 5,000sqft. Also, in the beginning I said there are 6 bedrooms & I only counted 5. Maybe I missed 1, but there was the staff bedroom, 2 rooms on the second floor, the master bedroom & the room on the top floor. Unless they consider that study area on the 2nd floor a bedroom or 1 of the other rooms that's being used as something else is considered a bedroom. Also u'd think the master would have room for a king sized bed. Don't get me wrong it's really lovely, it just seems a little cramped. Maybe it's just me because I'm claustrophobic & also I'm from U.S. & am used to having more open spaces. It just seems like for 25mil pounds there should be more space
You are right. A 25 million pound property should have more spaces. The London luxury properties always have small spaces but are super expensive. I think it's because it's in London. It's the same in New York City where the bedrooms are small.
The property is overpriced for me. It should cost about £10,000,000.
Pretty sure they are counting the study as a bedroom, which is typical in setups like this. I think the study should be separate and not counted in the bedroom count.
For sure! I am from the U.S. as well.
I didn’t understand the custom hardware over the fifth bedroom’s sink. I must say, all of this was beautiful. A telly in every shower… wow! Even I’m blown away (and I do consume a lot of telly). The chandelier was so impressive with its length and sparkle that didn’t overwhelm or invade the line of sight. I think it’s good to have subtle elegance here and there. Thank you for the tour Toby!
Great points! thanks for watching :)
I suspect it might be a heated drying rack....looks cool
Great job Toby,
Looking forward to the next one.
Take a drink every time he says textured wallpaper.
Wow - what a place. Fantastic presentation/production by the way....1st class - well done.
Thanks for watching Andy, glad you enjoyed it!
You're a brilliant presenter Toby. You're well-informed and have a relaxed tone throughout. It's not about you as I've seen with other presenters. Beautiful home. Well presented.
Wow! 😍 Loved this home! It’s totally my style!
Hi Toby, just the introduction of this home is sensational…. The Architects and designers are visionaries…. Just incredible…. Great presentation by the way.
Thank you Conner! glad you like it.
@@TobyCorban Just a thought … So many TV’s in this property but the way the main TV in the lounge was hidden behind those mirrors that would have been a great idea in my favourite penthouse property you have presented directly behind the London Eye…. In there the lounge and dinning area was divided by open fire surrounded by mirrors …. Surprisingly that penthouse is still available at a £17M …. I’ve just put £25 online one of the Australian Lotteries at 160M Australian Dollar jackpot which equals £90M tax free, if I win I will be giving you a call for that Penthouse ….. haha.
I must agree with a lot of them, Great presentation Toby.
Keep up the great work Toby! Love your vids
Appreciate your comment!
Very well presented brother 💯, amazing home
Beautifully finished and decorated, but all the rooms look really small with rather low ceilings. It also looks very much deprived of natural light. Fabulous postcode but not worth my £25mills (if I ever win the lottery…)
agree, this is ridiculous to have such a low ceiling for this price
even I am rich as elon musk I will never consider this house
the slope ceiling are the issue. If you want speakers, maybe an AC unit e.g. in the ceiling you loose 15cm more likely 20cm without them the height would be decent.
@@Hello-yv5wq I have been watching real estate videos in the UK and I noticed many of the homes have low ceilings.
@@freddie3206 the houses built in the sixties as this one was tend to - London was poor then, Britain was poor and the 'style' was thus to have low ceilings, victorian or Edwardian or Georgian houses have high ceilings.
Wonderful tour once again
I like the idea behind your channel man. Smart 👍🏼
Nice video, thanks chap!
Love Toby, the house is stunning but I was disappointed by the size and location of the kitchen. It's a long way for my morning brew!! 😏🙂
You could always set up a little coffee bar in the bedroom.
Nice house and amenities, but the ceiling heights are so low.
What's up Toby! Great tour of this remarkable property. I don't think there's enough TV's though 😅
;)
The ceilings are too low, the rooms too dark. Not worth more than 10 m and that is mainly for the location
That Guest WC powder room had some powder in the room just beneath the mirror😂 ❄️
Great video Toby! Just one thing - on the floorplans it says there is a cinema area between the pool and the gym but you don't feature this in the video, is there any reason why?
Krailler Inferiors did an AMAZING job Omg it’s stunning 🤩
Stunning!
Nice house and nice presentation Toby thanks
Stunning
Yet another impeccable presentation mate
Absolutely Gorgeous…such a beautiful place to live.❤
really enjoying your "viewings"... hence I subscribed !
Good day Toby. Absolutely gorgeous home and more than justified the price. Creme de la creme! Cheers
Appreciate your comment!
Love this! I find with a lot of these types of properties the interiors to be so over the top that it almost makes them tacky! Painting everything gold doesn't mean it is nice! This on the other hand is subtle and tasteful!
stunning! 👏👏👏👏
Fantastic tour
Glad you enjoyed it!
Hi Toby great home , nice work , thank you for sharing this video , big like204 , have nice week .
this is perfection
Very nice interior design!!
That's really beautiful ❤️
Beautiful home!!
Absolutely stunning.
A very well appointed bachelor pad, nicely pesented. The marble is exceptionally beautiful. The price is a tad inflated though.
Quality and design are flawless, but I was certain that there is a garage on the ground floor.
Am I mistake?
Just amazing!!
Toby Corban is evidently born to do this!
The brother 😎 does plush so very well!
Dang!! Money! Where are you???
I wanna buy this property!!
Appreciate your comment! stay tuned for more :)
Hi Toby, great tour! How did you get access to these properties? Did you contact the estate agents directly?
Beautiful
I'd rather live on a nice farm.
Fantastic specifications but why all the tvs
Wowwww great house tour Sir Toby my favorite part is Indoor Swimming Pool with Gym beautiful 😍 house I love it thank you so much for your wonderful walk around house tour Godbless from the Philippines 🇵🇭 sir Marvin 🙂👏👏👏👏👍🙏♥️🙂👏👏👏👏👏👏👏
Oh, the pool!!!!!! Be still my heart!
Love this
That is a very nice home.
A masterpiece
Excellent delivery!
Thanks for watching!
@@TobyCorban Hi Toby! I think most Americans from the U.S. are going to complain about the low ceilings and the small rooms. Also, they would probably complain about not having acres and acres of land for that amount of money. That being said, what do you think of us Americans??? Are we crazy or what!
Lovely home. Not gonna be short of “Built in TV’s”
Wow nice place and the host did an awesome job !
Very beautiful
So many fantastic things ! But I can only imagine the traces with so many mirrors 😱 And i love the volumes but the kitchen is so far from everything... And I can't help but hate that it's so exposed to the neighbours.
Nice presentation! The house is not bad.
nope. ceilings too low.
Yepp, I was wondering how tall Toby is because unless he’s 2.1m the ceiling height is way too low
The kicthen was quite small for that size house. If they had joined perhaps a study and another room together the space would have been bigger for the living spaces, but they are more focused on having a bedroom count of 6.
Rear garden is similar to my terraced 2 up 2 down in E10
At least this one has a lift
Amazing property.
Looks good price for Knightsbridge, very cool place
Its like five star hotel. Thanks bro. Its worth every penny
Great work with this quite narrow house. Not sure about the kitchen though. A tiny freezer but two ovens...
Q maravilla londres es una ciudad unica😊😊😊😊
You should put the property link in all bios, cool vid.
Thanks for watching hung Jay Lee!
Gorgeous house
Q lujo es increible😊😊
Very nice indeed.
Thanks for watching!
wow, I wana live here!!
...... & not one bookshelf anywhere
Phil Liverpool UK 🇬🇧
Very nice
Typical London rip off. Low ceilings and pokey little rooms- why would anyone drop £25000000 on this?
Location, location, location.
Sad, but true
Status symbol,, the way london is going, I’d pass thank you, it’s an invitation for criminals, id buy a private island somewhere hot! as it happens I can’t afford it anyway 🙄😂
The ceiling height is too low for my liking.
Really very nice
Glad you enjoyed it Priyanshu!
if the ceiling is one or 2 feet higher it will create a even better sensation of such is cramp nterior. How do you feel when you sometime need to slight bend you head in such a lavish home?
Hi Toby , the ceiling looks quite low, how tall are you ?
*No one does modern Western décor and styling better than the Brits (w/ Honorable Mention going to the Italians).* 🏆
Crazy to think houses like that go for so much
Great tour. Ceilings seem really low
You get beautiful large family homes with massive gardens nearby in Holland Park, High Street Kensington etc!
where do you prep the food? how is the food sent to the dining area? Don't see the price tag fits this
Beautiful home, love the maximisation of the space, shame about the location 😁🏴
£25 million and no parking. No thanks.
Knightsbridge prices are insane! Thanks for watching
I guess the £24 millions of the price is for living around the corner from Harrods! I don’t know, all I know that I’ll make a crap millionaire, I’ve gotten too comfortable with being broke all my life! Anyway, being born and bred in East London, if I had the dough to buy a mansion, seriously Greater London will be the last place I buy a property in. Don’t get me wrong, London is a great grey and expensive city to live in, especially if you’re a drunk and like the seedy side of the city-life, but I want more wild-life to see the end of my days. And can somebody tell me why is London 10% larger than when I was born? London seems to be growing larger each year.
If I had this kind of wealth there’s no way I’d be living in London.
A nice home. WAY too many televisions for my taste. I'd like to have a dumbwaiter to easily get food and drink from the kitchen to the entertaining spaces, but I guess that's what servants are for! Otherwise, great! Thank you very much, Toby.
