Ha, I think I dated the step daughter who lived in this house for a couple months. Woke up hungover at least once in the basement bedroom. Owner was a home builder. But may be mistaken...
Rating 3/4 stars. Well conceived abode. My taste typically modernist but executed its classical style expertly. The natural surroundings are sublime. Amenities and roominess strike you with Cupid's bow - can't help thinking a pool could have been put.
Very easily - a lot of opportunity in this home - even the space above the garage could easily be converted to add an additionl 2-3 bedrooms plus bonus room space - without touching the roofline!
@@BradMcCallum absolutely. Like the Enes vids. He’s doing longer form - granted some of those properties are 10M+. That said, this property and land … well worth the time.
The mixture of shots while you're talking is really cool. I love the scripting, attention to detail and movement. It's very engaging, great work yet again!
Wow, great tour I like the lenght, (if you had time you could of did a Part 1 and a sequel) plus I would be rolling around on the floors all day and night in this place
Love your channel and features. We own a gorgeous historical home in Lethbridge, and we are renovating every room to express who we are; inside and outside. This channel inspires me, so thank you! Also, who is your videographer? Awesome filming and editing!
Thank you, sounds like a really cool project! I'm heavily involved in the shooting, editing and creative direction, but have an in-house production team that now does the heavy lifting!
@@BradMcCallum Not really Brad. It just takes a hard look at what happened in 2023. The fire season was and is still brutal. Its killed I don't know how many people with respiratory problems, many of them continuing in distress from Covid. I love having the trees, but I would be looking hard at fire suppression systems, like a really big swimming pool as a reservoir with a bunch of large fire monitors fed from independently powered fire pumps. In addition, I would be considering wide scale wet down systems to keep anything around the property that I valued wet if needed. If you are going to spend that much to buy the property, be prepared to spend to defend it.
@@NolanMatthias hahahaha I had someone saying that realtors are trying to run up the price so they can make more money until no one can afford to buy. I was like… does that sound good for realtors?
Absolutely nothing wrong with this home! We've had multiple offers over the period of time I've listed this home, they just weren't quite simply where my clients wanted to be. It's a stunning home.
As I sit here in my $2.5M condo that's 950 sq ft in Vancouver I am crying while watching this 😭. I miss Calgary home prices being an ex Albertan.
Rip
The Cougar joke got me 😂 After meeting you, it's interesting to see how your videos are a reflection of you. Keep it up!!
Like this great layout. No wasted 2nd story empty space's. Nice peacefully placed area. How much is needed for a down 😊 payment.

What an amazing home. Absolutely beautiful colouring on those kitchen countertops. Terrific job as always, Teila, and Brad.
That will
Get you a nice apartment in Vancouver
Wow I poured the exposed concrete for that driveway not kidding!

So, it is set up as a 2-bedroom, but can be converted into a 3?

Why are the colors so heavily edited in this video?
Was at the Blueprint in Houston. Amazing bro. You injected so many ideas into my mind. Don't get mad if I steal some. 😆 thanks tho bro
Go for it! Hope it works well for you!
This is so cool. Love the entrance, the trees and the easy access to the lake and only a few minutes from the city
It really is! Thanks!
That office is goals
Those are not wood burning fireplaces 😮
Stunning. This could have been a long form video and I would have watched every second. Great job as always!
Ah thank you! Even longer than 14 minutes?! That's good to know.

The day I buy my dream home I need you two to show me around love the energy
nice but missing one thing...the big shop with in floor heating...
Do all those trees around the house always stay dry?
How do you mean?
That was a good joke brad I’ll give you that one
Nice, has room to expand for a pool or gymnasium!
Yes it does - over the garage it's ready for a 1200 sq. ft. addition - within the existing roofline!
Those surrounding trees are great kindling for those forest fires. Impressive 🔥
It takes a special person to see trees as a threat of forest fires 🤣

Do you always have overpriced listings????
Says who? We represent a lot of higher end homes. Everything we represent sells, so they’re obviously priced right.
love this channel!
gorgeous house
How do u shut this guy up?...duh🙄mute!
Bless your heart!
This home has been for sale through at least 3 realtors, for several, several, several years: therefore I am wondering what is wrong with it.
