I just finished rebirth a few weeks ago. I hated remake but love love loved what they did with Rebirth. I'm scoping out the physical deluxe edition (I bought digital) because I'm thinking of double-dipping haha Great video! Very thorough. Thank you 😊
I got this physical deluxe of FF7 remake / rebirth same digital deluxe for both. I also got a FF7 rebirth T-shirt from GameStop that has Cloud, Sephoroth, and Zack on it!!!!
Just found your video and love it! I bought the same edition. What’s funny though is that I didn’t think there was a steelbook in the box because the guy in the store gave me a separate steelbook (the one with the cover art but with Sephiroth, Tifa and Aerith instead of Sephiroth, Cloud and Zack). Imagine my surprise as I was home unboxing the thing and the Zack and Cloud steelbook popped up! I do prefer the version that was in the box over the one I got extra.
I got the deluxe through Best Buy solely to get the extra steelbook. I collect them too. Sucks that the trade off is usually i can’t play the game at midnight when it launches because Best Buy doesn’t do midnight launches.
I feel you. I got mine through fed ex, and it was sent to my office around 12pm yesterday. I was excited, with chills, anxious, and those last hours were miserable. I already scheduled Friday off, but went ahead and took off 2 hours early, just to start it up! . Few in my office know what FF7 is, because they are all lame. I am having a blast. Hope you are to.

Such a thick box! I like the disc art, it's cool how they are different characters. Did you know that a lot of people think multiple discs on consoles started with the PS1 and FF7, but the Sega Saturn did it first with Mr. Bones. But if we include computers, the Commodore 64 had multiple floppy disks for GI Joe. (I think TH-cam deleted my comment on your other video, I had asked if you seen the new Avatar show on Netflix.)
Yeah I definitely didn’t see that comment 😅 You know how TH-cam likes to act up sometimes! But no, I haven’t seen it yet. I might watch it eventually, but I am content enough with the cartoon ^_^
I never played a final fantasy game, only a demo on PS1 for FF8, but this 7 remake looks more like my type of gameplay, might get it on PS4 if I like it, I'll pick up the second part when I buy PS5. Great video Alyssa, definitely do more video game videos in the future, possibly for anime video games.

I always loved video game music too, and back in the NES days my twin bro and I would hit record on a boom box just to get our Castlevania fix lol. And you are def right with that FF box set. It def didn't hold back like some do. (Some just go that extra mile, like the hardcover Akira manga set comes to mind lol.) 😎

Bruh, you have the same problem I get with SE CE/DE boxes. Its always one damn corner that has little damage to it. SE/Stores need to pack their boxes better.
