One of the most technically sound conversations on Ayurveda that I hv come across in s long time. Ayurveda‘s understanding as Indian medicine is a misnomer as it discounts it’s holistic approach which is more like an operating manual for all aspects of life. Rituals, habits and rhythms are the essence of Ayurvedic wisdom. Thanks so much for focusing on the fundamentals,

The whole conversation was so relaxing. The pace of the conversation too good. Few ideas about kind of food to be had for different prakrutis and rectifying doshas through food could have been added to this. Please do one more podcast with the doctor. There are so many confusing suggestions online about food. Thank you for the podcast. Loved this one.

It was really a good episode as it dealt with the very topic of health and wellness. Ayurveda is highly underrated even in india you can see the students in general who clear the medical entrance exam opt for MBBS rather than BAMS this leads to the best brains in the country going for Allopathy and we are left with mediocre minds pursuing Ayurveda this leads to lack of research and innovation in this field.
Anyway the guest today happens to be a knowledgeable and learned person and gave good insights into this mode of therapy (though Ayurveda is rather preventive than therapeutic)
You could have asked him the ahar vihar and lifestyle a common urban or semi-urban person should follow to remain healthy (I know you have time constraints too).
    One more informal observation of mine being a Kumauni (while you were appealing for subscribing and sharing your channel) - साथ साथ को सांथ सांथ बोलना। हमसे से भी बेसाख्ता ऐसा ही हो जाता है।
Your diction is too good and I feel proud for a girl from our land doing so great.

AV is good for us when we are not having any chronic illness like a cancer, or diabetes etc. when it comes curing such problems asap we need Modern medicine means AP. I don't consider HP as modern medicine. I maintain my lifestyle with AV and home remedies but I need modern medicine to cure my problems. I have AGA grade 2, AV can't keep my hair on my head but minoxidil can and it is keeping them up there... Same, if my heart fails, I might need a surgery with allopathic procedures immediately, which AV can't provide.

Surgery was also basically taken from Ayurveda Shastra it is not invented by modern science it is of course technically developed by modern science but it is originated from Ayurveda

@@iamshobharana Ofcourse. But, that ..a with every Sanatani words... IS NOT SANATANI THING! Its an western thing... an western way of saying Sanatani things... for example... Its Ayurved... Not AyurvedA... Its Shiv... not ShivA... Its Yog... not YogA!!! Thats what he was saying... AND so glad for bringing this great information to us Sobha... very few people... very few Sanatanis are doing things like you are doing for Sanatan Dharma. The point is... ALWAYS TRY TO MENTION THE EXACT PRONOUNCIATION. Or else... people outside our culture... will take this YogA... or AyurvedA... as the exact pronounciation... WHICH IS WRONG... WHICH IS A WRONG PRONOUNCIATION... Thats all!!! Pranam! 🙂🙂🙏🙏

As such no knowledge or wisdom can be said to be bad.
The guest speaker may surely be quite knowledgeable.. however your audience is by & large average/‘common person who may not be in a position to gain from such ‘abstract’ (in viewers’ perspective) inputs. Only those who have some foundation in Aayurved will be able to gain from the talk.hope i am able to convey the point.. thanks

Hi Shobhaji. I deleted my previous comments because I found what you were saying was true given the kind of people you have had on your platform and I apologise for my impulsive comment. However, Shobhaji, when you say that you want to help the viewers in their journey within, don't you think you should actually cross question the speaker when he is saying things that are actually not scientific. For example, what is the proof of the sentence that "body is made up of five elements" or others. Probably, you are also a believer in Ayurved but again belief doesn't account for true knowledge. Beliefs are just beliefs and you can't leave medicine to beliefs. That's why this video tends to promote pseudoscience because the journey within means enquiry or knowing not just believing.

kindly equip yourself with the knowledge of quantam scieces specifically quantum biology. Or would you deem these as pseudo science as well?
