My experience of getting up early is I am a teacher I wake up at 4 am to start my day . I see sunrise when I drive to school and hit my bed early by 8: 30 pm . Get my beauty sleep ! Early to bed early to rise makes us healthy and wise . You will automatically get sleepy because the melatonin starts working . Your first yawn is an indication to sleep , close all lights and don’t force to watch TV 💜

One request to you is to do a podcast with either a psychologist/ educationist to create an awareness among parents & / schools for not giving stress on the young minds. Education has to be imparted and not forcefully taught. 😊
