    I love how practical and common sense advice Hansa Maa gives. She is bang on about emotions causing physical issues. If I get stressed out it goes on my back and I get back pain. If I am calm my back is fine. She is truly a gem and gives great advice.

    My experience of getting up early is I am a teacher I wake up at 4 am to start my day . I see sunrise when I drive to school and hit my bed early by 8: 30 pm . Get my beauty sleep ! Early to bed early to rise makes us healthy and wise . You will automatically get sleepy because the melatonin starts working . Your first yawn is an indication to sleep , close all lights and don’t force to watch TV 💜

    A much needed video as so much content is available online that it really confuses rather than enlighten but this video is giving clarity. One request to you is to do a podcast with either a psychologist/ educationist to create an awareness among parents & / schools for not giving stress on the young minds. Education has to be imparted and not forcefully taught. 😊

    Raj bhai..time maintain karna bahut easy hai..aapki body hi aap ko sare time batati hai..
    I have lived in Mumbai and maintain time. And my body clock is still the same. 1 baje Lunch ki ghanti aur 7pm dinner ki ghanti aur 3 pm tea ki ghanti .
    15 saal se bhi jyada yahi routine hai .aur yah sab body karti hai.. not me

    usko aap subah sunrise se pahle schedule kariye aur usme ye condition lagaiye ki subah nahi kar paya to kisi aur tym nahi karoonga
