THERE IS MISTAKE IN 33:33 VIDEO JUST MAKE IT CORRECT IN SUBTITLE , IT IS HDL(GOOD Cholesterol ) NOT LDL(BAD Cholesterol)
Very High Quality and informative content . Ms. Sangeeta has given very important information. Today Eating home made food is highly recommended. I would like to add some points. Generation of 1980s like me used to play the game from 2-6 pm daily. Today I have noticed that either children have addicted themselves to PS4 Games inside or those who play outside have no friends to play with them. I sleep at 10:30 pm and get up at 7 am. In my office I take break for 15-20 minutes after each hour by standing up for that duration . I also ask my office colleagues to follow same pattern. By standing up your calories gets burn. Drink water regularly. In my school days that if our stomach is healthy our body is happy. It’s estimated that 90% diseases originate from stomach problem. We also learnt that that there are two intestines . One is small and other is big. If our matabolism is good then both intestines work very well . If metabolism is on the decline then these intestines become slow. If you exercise for 30 minutes daily the stress gets reduced. Another way of stress reduction is listen your favourite songs.
Right information at right time but sad part is that action takers are limited. Thanks for this podcast.
Please get her to discuss on IBS (Irritable bowel syndrome), a major health condition many dealing with and no podcast ever in Indian platform to address it. Very important topic that would help many. Do give it a second thought. - Amit

Tried all windows(16:8,18:6,20:4)
and now ADF(alternate day fasting).Being a pure vegetarian (non-vegetarianबनना मुश्किल है अब), it is very difficult to fulfill my protein intake. Can there be any solution to this? I would like to tell here that I am taking whey protein, B12, vitamin C and zinc.

Excellent. Shobhaji you bring in superb and expert hosts in your programs. One suggestion do allow host to speak with less interruption as flow gets disturbed. Can you get an automated transcript of this discussion, it helps us to refer relevant in a faster way. In fact you can generate this and give a link to this pdf
I think it’s already there in transcript under description.
@@jaychoudhury1401 Its in Hindi. A summary would always help
Please do a podcast on intermediate fasting
Make a video on irritable bowel syndrome(ibs)
Many people suffered with ibs
many people are under the impression that if they walk for half an hour in a day that is enough...this is absolutely wrong..we need to keep moving throughout the day as and when we get time...especially post meal walk (moderate pace) after half an hour of breakfast, lunch and dinner is very essential..for just 10 to 15 minutes..this gives miraculous benefits of sugar control, improved digestion and wards off sluggishness.
It would be better if we can listen to your podcast on sportify
Most underrated TH-camr in India ..... People Kindly subscribe her to put more efforts to bring great podcasts like this one...

Indian diet is perfect for Indians. India mein indian diet nhi chalti bahut jagah ki khichdi chalti hein, pehle indian diet pta karo follow karo 4-6 months khud pta chal jayega ki jo aap ko sekahya gya wo poisonous tha & hein
Two important things she missed are
1. fibre we eat doesn't do any good for us.. it is good for hut bacteria.. it loves it..
2. the poop of bacteria is what our body happily uses..

Jai hind jai bharat
One episode on IF please
It was a really nice podcast but one thing I would suggest is to show Google meaning of few terms which you use like the words hpa1c and gut microbiome may not be understood by many ( including me 😂😂(
Glucose levels in the blood fluctuates dynamically. Glucose levels change every couple of minutes in the real time and Glucose levels are directly correlated to the metabolic health and age of the subject or the person.
HbA1c is an inexpensive test which helps access Glucose levels in the blood on the long-term basis ( 90 to 121 days ) .
Test results provide the average Glucose levels of a person for the past 90 to 121 days.
Diabetic Patients become cautious and eat sensibly before their appointment with their doctor and when the doctor checks the random blood glucose levels it may be in within the range. Therefore a HbA1c test gives the doctor a picture of glucose levels for past 90 or more days .
Microbiome is the colony of healthy micro organisms living in the small and long intestines.
Please arrange a podcast with Padma Shri Dr Khader Valli Ji.
Please be back again with Intermittent fasting, discussion host and guest ,wonderful podcast,Thank you so much, very helpful

33.35 sec .....says LDL Cholesterol is good cholesterol..... LDL CHOLESTEROL IS BAD CHOLESTEROL
Sangeeta Aiyer can go back to be being a healthy vegetarian if she adheres to the guidelines of Padma Shri Dr Khader Valli Ji.
Not only Sangeeta Aiyer, the whole world can become vegetarian.
Sangeetha Aiyer has done a brilliant Home work by understanding Dr.Jeson Fung and other brilliant doctors World wide .
However Sangeeta Aiyer missed our local Hero , the millet man of India , Padma Shri Dr Khader Valli Ji.
Dr.Khader Valli Ji comes from a non vegetarian Muslim family and has turned completely vegetarian while Sangeetha Aiyer is vegetarian and comes from a vegetarian family and turned completely non vegetarian due to lack of good teachers .
Will surely follow Sangeetha Aiyer 's health as healthy non vegetarian food sources are not available now.
Due to my gut health I am avoid go out for stay
