    The bathrooms looked small in the airbnb but they looked really nice! I liked them.

    My fist trip to Monterrey in the late 70’s I remember the huge steel mill that use to occupy Parque Funtidora. I always thought I would eventually retire in Monterrey but I am leaning towards Queretaro.

      Monterrey seems like a nice place. It’s big, and there seems a lot to do there, but Queretaro is just special, and great weather

      No, there isn't a water problem now. I recommend visit in winter when isn't too hot.

      We did have one, as we were driving through, and Monterey is a big city.

      From central mexico to Monterrey then Texas.

      The weather is definitely better, but I do love the mountains in the background of Monterrey

      I'm from Monterrey, and I agree with you, this is a city for work, not for retirement or if you want a slow-life style, the traffic is a chaos, a lot of noise, very americanized city... If you have the money and want peace, chose other city.
