Monterrey has the richest cities in all of Latin America, Monterrey as the capital, San Pedro the richest city and with the best quality of life in Latin America, San Nicolas de los Garza, has the best police in Latin America, has the tallest buildings in All of Latin America and soon a megatall of more than 500 meters that will be the 3rd largest in the entire continent, it has the best universities in all of Latin America, it has the least poverty in all of Latin America and it is going down more and more, it has the longest and most expensive artificial river In all of Latin America, in fact, it is the only one, it has the best salaries in almost all of Mexico, only below CDMX, I don't need time to decide Monterrey is on the rise for a long time and is the best city.

Bailey is right, it’ll get to 95 average and sometimes up to 105-110. Pollution is also an issue. March - October it’ll be hot. December to January is the coldest, low 50s at worst. But it can snow (hardly) or hail! So it’ll reach 30 but it’s not that common. It can rain too and receive storms that die off from the Gulf of Mexico, so think hurricanes that died off in Tamaulipas but the rain clouds still head your way.

What a really cool video. Glad you liked Monterrey , Tim Hortons is a huge thing here . This canadian cofee shop has grown a lot and is almost displacing in number of Starbucks in the City. Madcoffe the coffe shop that you went is a Korean and thhey make really good sweet bread. There is a lot of diversity in everything !

I love your videos, I'm from Monterrey and I liked the video. A very beautiful city, however, also one of the most classist. There are first world areas but also others that are very lacking. Without a doubt it is the most modern state in the country but unfortunately it is expensive. Excellent video and I hope you have an upcoming video about soccer, something very symbolic about the city. Cheer up and let's keep wrapping up anyone who arrives in the city and is welcome

Great video! I did that hike back in March, so I can really relate. I could feel the result of two years of pandemic and not getting out much! I was out there for a few days, just to see an amazing rock concert by The Warning in their hometown, and then to get out hiking and of course for the food! The Starbucks there have Pan de Elote pastries! I did see a Tim Horton's. Tim Horton's is actually Canadian. I'd love to live in Monterrey, but for the air quality and the high-anxiety driving!!

Awesome video Mr & Ms. Yarbro! You have really upped your game! Bonus point for featuring Canada's #1 coffee chain - Tim Hortons! There is a "Timmy's" in pretty much every small town in Canada. I had no idea that they expanded into Monterrey. Anyway, you provided a great overview of the city. But one thing I was wondering - is there a walkable area - or is it strictly a car town? (By the way, Puebla is also an industrial hub. I saw a big Volkswagen factory there.) PS: I love the subtitles - you are helping me expand my Spanish vocab. Muchas gracias!
