Unfortunately most Americans think that all of Mexico is has shacks & dirt roads..Which Hollywood chooses to show the poor area's.. Very extremely biased,as the US has tons of dumpy/Ghetto area's
My 2 thoughts. 1: I like that it's designed like a fortress with that entry gate, high walls, and security system. 2: I don't like that it's designed to be a fortress, that suggests that it's at least mildly necessary.
That is what it is like growing up in a country with a 55% poverty rate (this is changing and mexico has a lot more upward mobility these days for it's citizens). And if you have 25 homes on a street with neighbors that all have security but you say.. meh, I don't need that! Who's house are they gonna target if they want to steal something? The easy pickings. So it's just customary.
@@hitheros8223 there are gates around the community, yes. But those are mostly to keep the public from cruising through where they shouldn't be. The houses themselves are typically not walled off unless they're very rich or famous.

Of course, you can find bigger houses in better places and more expensive (next to a golf course), my advice is medium-high class segment (the same as Jordan's is showing) in a regular city (inner Mexico). They are very common now. I own three in 2 different homes.
Modern Architecture has been around many parts of Mexico for a very long long time... They have so many unique Buildings in CDMX & in many other cities as well.. Unfortunately most Americans think that all of Mexico is has shacks & dirt roads..Which Hollywood chooses to show the poor area's.. Very extremely biased,as the US has tons of dumpy/Ghetto area's
@@claytonjames4779 Been common for a very long time
@@claytonjames4779 really? Never seen one except on the internet
Canadians also have central air don’t they?
The dual a/c n heater are great. They are efficient and quiet.
Unbelievable...my CA home that's 1500 sq feet costs more than that beautiful house! I would buy that house in a heartbeat if I could!! 😍
It would be worthwhile for the view from the master bedroom! Really gorgeous.
Thats anywhere with luxury neighborhoods. There are literally gated communities in the States.
@@hitheros8223 there are gates around the community, yes. But those are mostly to keep the public from cruising through where they shouldn't be. The houses themselves are typically not walled off unless they're very rich or famous.
Querétaro is the safest city I've ever visited in Latin America. Actually I'd say it's the safest city I've ever visited in the Americas. I imagine Juriquilla is even safer
Still, it's nice to have these things just in case
Not even mildly necessary... This actually customary & the style of most all home's.. Been like that forever... I personally like it that way.. It's very private as well
Dude excellent!! Natural progression. Looking for more!!
Jordan , thanks for the tour of this beautiful home.
Way more beautiful and affirdable than Santa Monica! I love it, I dont speak spainish, but I think it would be an amazing place to Live!
Mexicans are getting tired of Americans moving to these areas and raising the rent and real estate. On top of that you people speak NO SPANISH. Leave! You're embarrassing americans!
Beautiful home! Way too much for me to handle. I would like to see some smaller places.
If I had the money I would buy it in a heart beat!!!
Great video Jordan, beautiful house! You showed the house very professionally. You can now start your own real estate agency and channel. Cheers 🍻
What do you think this is, a free commercial?
Queretaro my hometown 😍 great video 👍
I love the property tour video’s , very helpful and fun to watch .
My sister lives in Juriquilla.. beautiful place. I was there last week. Great video 👍
This was a nice tangerine video. I liked the house and I like how it shows nice lives in Mexico
I'm an architect working in Chihuahua Mexico (the state below to Texas). A house in a nice area here, with 300 m2 (about 3250 sqft) cost arround $400,000 usdlls, and as i said, in a high class area. Of course, you can find bigger houses in better places and more expensive (next to a golf course), my advice is medium-high class segment (the same as Jordan's is showing) in a regular city (inner Mexico). If you want something in a turisic or beach city, the price would increase X 2 or 3.
Would you consider to be a tour guide for people who wants to visit Queretaro from USA?
Good afternoon Omg 350k that's so so cheap in New Zealand where I live you wouldn't get a property like this for under 1 million dollars.
And that roof top terrace with the incredible views absolutely breath taking.
Great job on the tour
Great job and professional presentation Jordan! The house is very spacious. Liked the enclosed yard and especially the rooftop patio. Great place to entertain friends. Keep up the great work! 😊👍
Beautiful home your friend has good taste also
Thanks! That was very very useful! Please do more property videos of housing in other cities, mexico, Merida, Vallarta etc. With prices please. This is really important for anyone moving there. It gives a great picture of affordability, and the videos produced by estate agents are generally crap! You are so good at this!
IN YUCATAN IS BIULDING NEW HOUSES VERY CHIP HOUSES LIKE THIS ONE Y AM MEXICAN AND I LIVE IN VEGAS BAT DUN I WANT BUILDING ONE HOUSE LIKE THIS HOUSE Y TELL YOU YOU ARE VERY WELCOME TO LIVE IN MEXICO MY COUNTRI IS SAFE
Haha It’s funny how Americans don’t know about tilting windows. In Europe we have them everywhere 😊 great video, I enjoyed the house and your tour!
It could be just him. I've seen people make comments about frosted privacy glass for bathrooms.
Very nice house!!
Some kind of funny how you told the cute story of the nanny allmost not using the dishwasher cause she never used one before....
While seconds later your discovery (!) is the "super cool " door ... with a system being around (at least in Europe) for at least 30 plus years!!
LOL😉
I really enjoyed this video 👍👍👍 More of this please (and travel/food), that's what I signed up for 🙂
Glad you enjoyed it! Thanks for the feedback :)
