I hope this video helps you better understand your body, and reminds you that you deserve a happy and healthy sex life (including happy and healthy orgasms!) if you want one 🧡

      You are a godsend. My urge incontinence is made worse by failure to achieve orgasm. I am 69 years old but this problem just began a few months ago. I have begun having UTIs as well. I wish I had access to therapists like you, but unfortunately I don’t.

    Very good explanation 👍🏼. My wife was really struggling with understanding why organism are “small” and “weak” and I feel like this might be a start to explaining why. Can you recommend a physical therapist near Staunton or Harrisonburg va?

    Could you do a video on tailbone pain? I’ve noticed recently that my tailbone is much more intolerant of prolonged pressure. My pelvic floor therapist told me to adjust my sitting position but I’ve found that hasn’t completely cured me of pain. Would love your insight into this!

      I'm sorry you've noticed an increase in sensitivity, and I do hope that dissipates and feels better soon. I can absolutely make a video! I'll add this request to my list right now 🧡

      Try cupping I think is what it's called. My pelvic floor therapist tried this with me. It worked for me.

    I can still climax, but in the past 3-6 months or so, my usually strong and frequent orgasms have become barely noticeable and they go away more quickly, whether with a partner or alone. This is really depressing me. I think my pelvic floor is too tight, because I also feel like I need to pee way more often. I'm a 31 year old woman, no kids. :(

    Do you have a video on how to help with too short of muscles
    Damage from a hypertonic pelvic floor cause of trauma and anxiety
    It’s affected my sex life, I can barely feel anything on outer
    Can’t build or reach a orgasm
    and inserting is extremely painful
    I also can’t exercise without leakage now and I’m worried I’ll never be normal again
    It’s hard to find a affordable pelvic floor specialist near me

    Can a 21 years old anorgasmic woman that hasn’t been pregnant or married before suffers from pelvic dysfunction? Is primaire anorgasmia and pelvic floor dysfunction related ?

    • @PelvicEmpowerment
      @PelvicEmpowerment  2 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      That is SUCH a good question - and I haven't forgotten about your request 🧡 I'd have to say that it's a possibility that PFD and primary anorgasmia could be related, but that it likely depends on the person (which I know is the most frustrating answer, but I do think it could be the cause in some cases - especially when there's no other more "obvious" cause, like a surgical complication, difficult childbirth, or medication side-effect!).

    Could you do a video about the fragility and vulnerability of the testicles?

    • @PelvicEmpowerment
      @PelvicEmpowerment  2 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Sure! I've had a couple of requests to do with testicular pain tolerance and size... is that what you're interested in, or are you interested in a different topic?

    • @giacomocapobianco835
      @giacomocapobianco835 2 ปีที่แล้ว +2

      @Pelvic Empowerment Perhaps moreso on your feels, especially as a women, and the feelings of other women what it is like not having such a vulnerable liability hanging from your body, and also why women find it funny. Maybe also explain just why they're so delicate and what kind of responses males can have when hit there. A funny way to end it would be you giving an impression of a guy hit there!

    I have to go pee just as I’m reaching orgasm and the need to pee keeps me from reaching orgasm . I pee before sex . This happens to me even if I’ve not had much to drink during the day . When I stop sex to go pee , I’ll urinate a good amount. So it’s not a false need to pee feeling. I’ve had therapy for too tight pelvic floor many years ago . Is this a symptom of tight pelvic floor ? Would a pelvic floor stimulator help or hurt ? Thank you ❤

    I have never O. I have tried and it gets to a point that it makes me feel incredibly crazy. Like so annoyed! Like someone tapping you forehead over and over. Why? I am 46 ,a woman, I have had 2 children 26,17. I have the womanizer, I get it to that point with the Clt. But I can get past that line, like breaking the seam
