So... they sent one droid to scan an entire planet, that droid somehow finds Yoda, he (instead of crushing it with a rock or frying its circuits) slices it with a lightsaber that is conveniently nearby, the empire then somehow realizes that it was taken down with a lightsaber and that therefore a Jedi is likely nearby but then isn't sending anything after it because they are too afraid to admit that they lost a single droid? Who cares about the droid if you gained highly valuable information? Isn't that the exact purpose of reconnaissance?
This either sounds like Disney canon or one of these comics from the expanded universe.
So… ur telling me they found the Jedi GRAND Master and kept it from one of the only people who could even stand a chance against Yoda… because they were scared of what their punishment would be if they found out they lost ONE droid… even though they probably have hundreds of millions more throughout the whole galaxy

What a dumb plot line. Vader is actively tracking down Jedi around the galaxy. It’s his priority. A droid is sent to a planet to scan it and the droid finds a Jedi, but is destroyed in the process. The people in charge decide not to tell Vader because they lost one of the 100,000 droids they have? Dumb. Dumb. Dumb.

Going after Yoda wouldn't end well for them he didn't become grandmaster just because he was kicking the emperor behind emperor end up running away when realized he couldn't kill Yoda , Maci and Yoda were the only Jedi that could take him on only reason Maci lost was cuz of Anakin cut his arm off then the force lighting made him fall out the window , Yoda would have wiped the floor with Vader, he became to slow and Yoda force ability were stronger than Anakin or Vader you would never a army to take on Yoda
