Thank you so much for taking the time to break this down piece by piece!
LOVE the way you started at ‘ground zero’ and working each movement 👏🏼👏🏼👍🏼
Great! It's so important for accessibility and inclusivity. The message is and always will be to "move like you". These breakdowns are a way to provide more options and a path to future growth! Thank you for moving with me 🤍
Coming here after a long time. Feeling tight now, almost like the body has forgotten.
Welcome back! I encourage you to ease back in...don't put too much on your plate or pressure on yourself. You can give your body a lot of nourishment even with just 1 or 2 movement patterns. Explore, follow what feels good, and make it joyful. The videos will always be here for you.
Muchas gracias por tan precioso tutorial ❤ hips don't lie😂 cariños desde Argentina
You have a great voice
Incredible, so much potential in building with this! Thank you!
Awesome, I love that you can see the potential for all kinds of creative & varied flows. Enjoy the channel!
So Awesome! Now I just need a round mat as the yoga mat with this is challenging! Thank you!
Great! The link is in the description of pretty much every video.
Thanks Kellen you are Awesome!🙌🏿👏🏾🧘🏾♂️💜
Really appreciate the support! 🙏🏽🤍
Interesting movement
Thank you for the progression
Hi from the UK !Just wanted to say how very grateful I am for your videos . I have suffered from vertigo for quite a while , my inner ear being the source ,so I can have moments where balance has been a big problem with even recently, worried about a holiday coming up and the walking that was required.Since using your videos I have felt 100 percent with no inner ear problems at all .I think it’s the opening up of my body , a deeper connection to it but also the turning and opening up of my neck and tension there ,which Has directly affected my inner ear bringing it into balance . Thanks you again for sharing your gifts
This is amazing to hear! So happy that you're finding a way through the challenges and connecting more deeply with your body. These practices are journey into self - our physical and mental / emotional experiences. Thank you so much for sharing and letting others know that healing is possible. Best wishes and keep on flowing 🙏🏽🤍✌🏽
Enjoyed the practice very much. Thank you! Looking forward for more.
Awesome! Enjoy the series!
Great Kellen!!!
Merci beaucoup pour cette façon d'explorer le mouvement merci. 🙏👌👍
Nice little warm up. 1st time i haven't ended up sweating like crazy while following.
Nice! Let's keep going! I'll have part II uploaded in the next few days.
29/7/23 short mobility sequence before work this morning. I'll make it my recovery in the evening. Thanks MVPL, Namaste Kellen ☺👍🙏🏆🙌💯
This is really great! I’m 64 with hip - knee issues and I can feel the noticable benefits after just one run through. Well done!
Feels great! :)
Love it
Thanks a lot Bro for this amazing series of circular flows. Just starting out with Part-1….will follow along with all the remaining parts & then revert with my feedback. Hips & spine are already feeling good 💪🏻👌🏻🙏🏻🖤💙
Thank you very much! Love the workouts and the flows. Any guidance on breathing will be appreciated. I apply the Yoga flow breathing and it seems to work, raising my concentration with the movements and deepening the enjoyment, of feeling.
Great question! With breathing, it's always a balance of cueing / reminding but not micromanaging - allowing people to find their flow through their own breath.
It's great to start and end the practice with stillness & diaphragmatic breathing to develop a deeper connection to the breath. This sets the tone for the habit of listening to the body.
In flow movement, "exhaling through the effort" is a great general guideline - so as you're completing a movement (standing up from a squat or finishing a push up) you're exhaling at the end of the concentric phase, then inhaling and regrouping for the next movement.
Hope that helps. Keep on flowing!
Really cool. Thanks😊
Nice! Thanks for moving with me, Carla!
KM! I’ve been hooked on your videos ever since I found them, and ALWAYS feel better in my body after finishing them! Thanks for what you do. Move for life!
I appreciate you! Thanks for flowing with me and so happy to hear the movement goodness is doing what it does! Keep it up 🤘🏽
That was awesome, i was able to follow along and get my brain wrapped around it all with how you built it up. Thanks again 😊
Love to hear it! Always great to take a deeper dive into the patterns. I learn so much from doing these walkthroughs and reverse engineering the patterns. Thanks for commenting & keep on flowing!
Fantastic that you always seem to move these exercises on. I love this & will definitely try & get it into my classes ❤
Awesome! I gain so much insight from dissecting the movements and finding different ways to present them. Keeps the practice fresh for sure! 🤘🏽
Hi Kellen! Your breakdown was through. I’m looking forward to this practice.
Thank You for showing up ❤
And thank YOU for showing up to flow! I'll see you in the next session!
Love these with IRT narration and without background music (although the narratives with background are also great). Well done, you!
Yes, the live narration takes more planning but ultimately A LOT less time than the voiceovers 😅 I hope it feels a little more personal as well. I appreciate your support! ✌🏽
Looking forward to this whole series. Thank you
Me too! Exciting to keep building the flow! Planning to upload Part II in a few days! 🤘🏽
Awesome! I've been following your movement practice for over 6 years now and love it! This one was different than I'm used to from you, but I really enjoyed you breaking it down to build body awareness throughout the flow!
Wow! You're an OG movement weirdo then ❤️ 👽!! I am constantly playing with different approaches & applications for the movements. There's a lot to share - I've barely scratched the surface here on YT. We'll keep on going and growing together! Thanks for your support!
Amazing ! I’m so inspired ❤
Love to hear it! Keep following along, stay curious & playful. Consistent practice leads to major growth!
Je t'aime Kellen bisous de la france 🇫🇷 :)
That was fun 😄 👏🏼👏🏼 And amazing how when I first tried it I completely failed but by the end of the video I was rolling and standing up 🎉 love it
Awesome! You can check out part II next! th-cam.com/video/IYnzM3lxvUM/w-d-xo.html
Starting from yhe ground anything can happen 🤩🤩🤩 your smiling face during your flow is rhe best part of your practice 😊💜 thanks Kellen 🙏🪷
I truly love the process. It's incredibly challenging but that's what keeps me growing and inspired to share the movement goodness! Thank you as always, Chiara 💜
@@MovementParallelsLife I appreciate this sense of calm that connects your world with mine 🙏💜
This felt great. I'm so far away from being able to not use my hands in the 90 90 position. But just doing this once got me closer.
That's great though! What really matters most is you showing up to move. The rest will take care of itself with consistent & mindful practice! Keep on flowing! 🌊
Really nice flow, what do call the round pad your using?
I like the movement and series of moves from this playlist, but I was wondering if anyone else had any issues with their wrists? I think I got a bit of a tweak in my wrists. I do a lot of rock climbing so I tend to have pretty tight muscles in that region. I was wondering if there's some series I could follow to precondition my wrists before coming back, or if I just need a bit more of a wrist stretch before doing this work?
Here are some simple hand & wrist movements that will help: th-cam.com/video/P4q7IYkZQLM/w-d-xo.html
As you explore these practices, you will get to know your body better...including identifying weak links. You're sensing your wrists need more care and reinforcement - now it's only a matter of making this a focus for the next couple of weeks / months.
Make sure to spend time giving your wrists some love before and after ground-based movement sessions. Best of luck.
100%
How did you develop these flows? Do you just play with movements or is there a method to the madness?
Great question! Yes, there is a method...just like an artist or a chef has a method of how they express themselves / teach others. I put a crazy amount of time and energy into exploring these movements and considering how to best teach them. And yet that whole process is nurtured with a playful mindset - always centering creativity & curiosity. So let's call it "methodical play" 😉
