All I want to say is yes I'm feeling a lot younger after doing these movements it's got ride of the age / mid life crisis I had planted in myself that I was getting old but now with my daily routine I'm feeling so much better .

Thanks for sharing - that's exactly why I do this! We're all a product of our patterns. Making mindful movement a daily habit can go a long way in helping us age gracefully. Keep it up! ✌🏽

Please make video like this for beginners with low mobility and tight muscles. This is good for young people with normal muscle flexes. How about make a video for older people also? Thank you.

Want to start off by saying thank you very much for sharing. A while back, I was reading a book written by a Navy SEAL instructor, who claimed that stretching was the NUMBER ONE physical routine... more than running, or pushups or squats or anything else. Every chapter seemed to address one more reason why stretching was so powerful. Talked about opening up space between muscle fibers to grow more of them and to grow them stronger, and joints, and oxygen intake going deeper into the organs and other stuff. Just amazing. After reading that book, I started really looking into the power of stretching and how to create my own routine.
So, this is awesome. I love the continuity of movement between poses or stretches. This is something I've been working on in my own stretching routine. I start on the floor and eventually get to a standing posture.
You save time when you can easily transition into the next logical step/stretch; and it becomes a kind of meditation, where you deeply sense into the body and what it needs at that very moment.
I keep wondering how one could incorporate Chi Gong principles into these movements, though.

I realized at 54 that I need to start doing some stretching every morning. I already have stiff and sore shoulders, knees, and feet (28 years as a nurse have contributed to that). I don’t want it to get worse as I age. This routine is awesome! 15 minutes is just the right amount of time to get me moving and loosened up in the morning. I can’t wait to see how I feel after 30 days of doing this routine!
