Cyrus is the best! I've met him and all these aibos . He really got me into being part of the community and has a lot of years on me so hearing about old aibo days is great too! Still the part about going into the Sony store made me tear up a bit. I would have cried.
Well done Cyrus! As an aibo collector myself since 2007 I can agree with everything you say, aibo is a truly magical robot but I feel like you have to live with one to appreciate how truly amazing they are. I have also met so many lovely and interesting people over the years that share the same passion, including you Cyrus ☺️Fingers crossed Sony brings the ERS 1000 to the UK 🤞🏻🤖

Thanks to Cyrus and the community I was able to have my first ERS-7 working perfectly. It’s a hard process to keep these amazing pieces of technology up and working for years to come. Getting a hold of batteries for older models that keep a good lifespan is incredibly hard. Sony should definitely bring back a paid service to make it easier to preserve such special tech. It’s awesome to see him featured on the channel!
Cyrus, I love your videos. I just got my first aibo-Roxy, an ERS-1000. Your videos about how aibos personalities grow are enlightening.

WARNING! I have 7 different robots that have lasted for over a year. My Aibo broke down twice in 45 days. $3000 is an expensive investment.

@@k.i.t.t4914 If you mean to say that my english is bad then maybe it's because mostly i learn english from movies, songs and dictionaries because when i was a teenager there was no google translate.
While at school and in college i was only taught basic english and i also very rarely use it in my daily life so it's quite difficult to improve my English other than English i can also speak Indonesian, Arabic, Mandarin and little bit Japanese.
But if you mean that i sound childish because i was surprised by his appearance that is too old for his age and it offended you then please forgive me because i did not know that he is an important person in your life.

Great tech but it's dumb if anybody is looking to bond with a machine.
Some people can’t take care of dogs or have allergies... This is the best alternative and it’s so cute too!
People have fish as pets, grow house plants and may even talk or name them. There are many ways and different aspects in which a bond can be developed. People love material things like clothing, cars, jewelry, video games etc. Celebrate difference! Share the joy & positivity.
