    We've been spending months researching 5th wheels and everyone I think I've found the one for us, Josh shows another one we love, I'm all about space, and especially kitchen, plus I want the electric space heater/fp. We're getting ready to put the mortar and brick home up for sale and going to full time as we're both retired and want to travel and visit family and friends. With 3 dogs, two cats, I believe this is the one. Thanks Josh😁

    I've never watched such an entertaining RV walk-through! I freakin love this floor plan! It makes so much sense putting the kitchen in the rear. The only thing I'd add to this rolling house would be a nice big generator and a winegard system. Thanks for the show!

    It seems to me if you were traveling that the 2 way refrigerator would be much better but if you were living in it and not moving it a regular house style fridge would be better and cost less to replace ? I don't know much, just curious am I right or wrong ?

    • @JoshtheRVNerd
      @JoshtheRVNerd  5 ปีที่แล้ว

      With very few exceptions an RV Fridge will outlast the ownership cycle of the RV. An electric fridge IS less to replace, but it's also more difficult to replace & often requires removing an island temporarily and in some extreme cases removing a window since the fridge can be larger than the door. Not always, but often.

    Unfortunately there's no pantry like in other Montana fifth wheels. If you like to cook, this is super important.

    • @JoshtheRVNerd
      @JoshtheRVNerd  5 ปีที่แล้ว

      While that's true this also has more cubic foot of general cabinet space than any other Montana. So it all evens out.

    • @JoshtheRVNerd
      @JoshtheRVNerd  6 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Sandy do a little looking around. You'll see this is the case in the vast majority of big fifth wheels. If it was a problem, then they wouldn't keep doing it. You're the first I've ever seen seen mention it.

    Is it just me or is that love seat in front of the sink smashed up against the window and would not be to comfortable for two people ??

    • @JoshtheRVNerd
      @JoshtheRVNerd  6 ปีที่แล้ว

      Everyone's idea of "comfort" varies. Heck, I know two folks that purchased teardrop campers from us for full time camping. Not MY idea of living, but to each their own!
      I think your observations here are reflective of only seeing this in a 2D video format. The seat is quite large and very comfortable for two adults -- even those with a little extra around the midsection.
      It's the exact same seating used across nearly all of Montana. I don't think they'd be the single best selling fifth wheel if folks couldn't enjoy the primary seat of the coach.

    Hey Josh, do y'all offer cloth furniture??

    • @JoshtheRVNerd
      @JoshtheRVNerd  6 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      It's not the dealer but the MFGs that dictate furniture options. Varies by brand. The Montana you see here does not offer cloth, but many brands still do. Are you interested in a specific brand? I can look into their options if you give me a spot of time.

      I'm actually looking for a new Pinnacle.
      Montana's are pretty. But the Pinnacles are more our style. I absolutely love the bathrooms with the grey marble looking material.
      Is it not used in every floorplan, or is it optional?
      You had that
      36 or 8? REFS Pinnacle on your lot.
      We're in Durango Colorado, and we're needing something immediately.
      Hence the reason I've been watching these videos. I've become quite familiar with your sense of humor, and think you're probably the most knowledgeable, and honest salesperson I've seen, and someone I'd like to give my business to.

    • @JoshtheRVNerd
      @JoshtheRVNerd  5 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Hübschen GTS The walk in shower is the new generation. It's found across the board on Pinnacles. You're not seeing it everywhere because there are still some earlier generation models out there.

    • @kcraigpj
      @kcraigpj 6 ปีที่แล้ว

      Between this and the 388rks open range which would you recommend?

    • @JoshtheRVNerd
      @JoshtheRVNerd  6 ปีที่แล้ว

      They're both neat in different ways naturally. My answer depends I think on how you intend to camp. If you intend to have the RV parked and basically not move, then the 388RKS wins out because of it's larger size.
      But that larger size is exactly why I think the 3700LK Montana wins if you plan to move it with any level of frequency. That 388 is awesome... but it's a freaking behemoth!

    • @JoshtheRVNerd

      It takes less than 5 seconds to clean off a set of steps before departing. Meanwhile, you enjoy a nicer entry step for entirety of your stay.
