Eu o meu ficou igual o do vídeo, mas quando fui experimentar a textura não ficou boa por conta do amido de milho, ficou uma textura gelatinosa. Vou tentar fazer novamente substituindo o amido por queijo talvez fique melhor😊 PS. Mesmo eu não gostando da textura os meus filhos amaram☺️

Eu o meu ficou igual o do vídeo, mas quando fui experimentar a textura não ficou boa por conta do amido de milho, ficou uma textura gelatinosa. Vou tentar fazer novamente substituindo o amido por queijo talvez fique melhor😊
PS. Mesmo eu não gostando da textura os meus filhos amaram☺️

Switch eggs with gram flour (add water to make a Semi consistency). Fry it in oil and you have a vegan option. No need for bread crumbs coz gram flour puffs up when fried and develops a nice coating around potato.
