I lived in Japan in 2019 and through Covid and watched your videos religiously as there aren't many Indian restaurants. It's impossible to find vindaloo and korma! Thought I'd check in and say thank you for your guidance, I now know how to survive in Japan.
I love fish and I always wanted to learn how to make the fish pakora. With your excellent recipes we will definitely enjoy this dish. You are amazing Latif inspire.thank you
Big admirer of this channel and I'm sure the recipe is delicious as always, but I think you might want to take another look at the colour balance in these recent videos. For some reason they're coming out extremely dark - for example, the fresh coriander at 3:00 comes across as dried, and the finished pakora has the appearance of being slightly burned, even though I'm sure that's not the case. Hope you can get it sorted, and looking forward to more of these home style recipes in future!
Well done Chef. You really smashed the first one. Keep going I'm right behind you and waiting for the ping notification. Once again a really excellent presentation.
Great recipe Latif, I had some salmon to use up today so I followed your recipe and produced some lovely salmon pakora, nice and crispy, full of flavour. Thanks for the authentic recipe. I appreciate your cooking skills, simply fabulous 😁 I think I will try this with king prawns next time 👍
Hey Latif! Just watched this all the way over, in Oregon. I’m a Brit originally… Crystal Palace area. Absolutely loved this! “Indian fish & chips” right there. Brilliant. Cheers! ❤️🙏
Chef Latif...Your foods are AMAZING! Seen the growth of your TH-cam Channel for almost 2 years, now! Good job with your channel (not forgetting your kiddo editor, can't remember his name though) and I am sure your RESTAURANT will prosper even more! 👏👏👏
love all of your recipes. Living in Australia now there aren't many Bangladeshi restaurants and even less BIR ones, so learning how to cook this style of Indian food is great. There's a guy here that used to run a British style Balti restaurant, but he retired and now runs just a food van. Apparently, he's the brother of the guy that owns what was my local Indian restaurant in Wolverhampton lol.
Latif, I love your new studio. Looks so professional. Well done. Your fish pakoras look amazing. Thanks for the video. Looking forward to the next one!
Excellent, a must try for me; btw the onion bhajis, twice fried were sensational, or as my family said' 'bangin! Also. lamb birianee's a knockout. I've been making curries etc since my teens, but always learning and picking up tips,....thanks so much.
Never thought to make this at home, it's a regular starter eating out. Will definitely be frying up a batch; maybe with cod though as the bass we get now is often very thin.
Looks fantastic mate; would really help if you can give temps for things such as oil....not really sure what Medium Hot sits - love the professional look of the videos, can't wait to try some of these recipes. Cheers.
Hi Latif Wonderful stuff as always, your new style is definitely looking like you should be on TV 😊😊 Just a note to your cameraman, it seems Color is a bit off, I can’t quite tell what’s going on but I saw that the coriander looked almost grey
please please please goan fish curry, one of my favorite dishes. im in the usa i havent had that dish for about 15 years, please show me how to make authenticate goan fish curry
Salaam. I do love your videos. If you don't mind my commenting.. the low camera angles don't work well all the time, and I can't see what is going on. The colour grading needs some improvement, to fix the white balance and add some warmth. I like the format. Would love to see more fish recipes, and more rice pilau/biryani recipes please. If you have some 30 minute recipes, that would be amazing. Thank you!
5 secs into the video, Have to say Happy New Kitchen
