I love how Latiff has listened to us all and now ALWAYS gives EXACT measurements. Very important for us cooks that aren't confident enough to cook by eye yet. Cheers dude !
I've been teaching myself Indian cooking for years now but with your site, my skills have improved at an amazing rate. I do have all most every spice needed (along with an Indian kitchen spice tray) so I do take advantage of your suggested spices too. THANK YOU
Lovely stuff, have been a regular at Stroudley PFC in Bow, since your recommendation, just love the naga wings. Will try to make this Fish Pakora at home.
Great seeing a pakora recipe! It’s probably the most popular item on the menu in Scotland and also what people eat (along with doner kebabs) on the way home from the pub/club. I couldn’t believe it when visiting English friends that it wasn’t an absolute staple down there. It actually wasn’t even on the menu on a few of the delivery menus we looked at 🙈
This dish looks fantastic...I absolutely love fish and your flavor profile rocks...cannot wait to try this recipe out and actually see for myself what it tastes like...so excited!
Oh man are we lucky to have Latif share his recipe's and secrets. I have tried many of his recipe's and followed his tutorials and the food is awesome! And thanks Latif for giving exact measurements required, really helpful. Cheers mate and all the best.
Made these yesterdays, they were Lovely. But I cooked mine in my AirFryer. Really Crunchy but tender in the middle, Lovely and spicy. Sent some round to friends to try them and all agreed to brilliant flavor.
Sorry for being late on parade but I have an excuse! That looks lush, will have to show Mrs Bigboss and get an Isan twist into this dish. Thanks for sharing.
Made this today for my wife using some basa filets - absolutely cracking recipe, thanks for sharing it 👍🏻 was absolutely delicious dipped in some East End Honey Chilli sauce 👌🏻
Follow your channel for some time now but never posted. I've just made your BIR fish pakora using fresh Scottish smoked yellow haddock. The fish's colour comes from using Turmeric during the smoking process so I cut down the turmeric in the batter mix but not by much. This was heavenly We get our fish delivered fresh every week, This blew our fish man's socks off not by the heat but purely the taste. Kind Regards
Hi Latif. Love the videos. Do you have a recipe for masala fish? I think they use haddock in the restaraunts. Seen it grilled and fried. Would love to see your version.
Also some scotch bonnet blitzed with fresh tomato for fire dip! Thanks for Brilliant idea. Want to try this with more "fishy type of fish" Maybe sea bass or salmon etc. Some supermarkets have mixed fish im chunks. Would be ideal Leaving the fish in the salt, lemon marinade draws out the water and firms up the fish. Only problem is the fish batter tastes more fishy than the fish! Sorry for rambling bro but i really like the way you describe your talent as a chef. Respect
I am going to to make it for my Iftar.
Lovely jubbly.. 💯👌

Don't let Gordon Ramsey hear you say fresh and freezer in the same sentence.... It's no longer fresh 😅
@@Redpaperrose it’s frozen at the point of being fresh and still is fresh
