I can just imagine it. He gets to a new world, describes a mimic, hears they have nothing like that, and that all giant crab monsters in this world just run straight at you, and he feels a huge surge of relief. Gets sent out on his first op involving seaborn. Finds a chest, tries to pick it, and it erupts with crinoid tentacles and tries to eat him. He swears off fighting off the seaborn forever. Gets deployed to Sami. Is reassured there are no seaborn here. Finds chest, tries to open it. It erupts with roots and tries to eat him. Spends the next week straight sobbing in the dorms. Founds a union for the durin operators and lives the rest of his life in the embrace of a pink wolf mommy.
His talent alone would do a lot in RA, where agents are pretty loved in that mode already. Maybe not Ines good, but still a niche that can help out in that mode. It'll be a while before global hits, but he'll be a nice addition in that regard.
gambling on S1 lmaoo also S2 is actually interesting, like the only problem people had with cantabile was "kills enemy too fast" but if he has low attack and high atkspeed then well amazing, and also untouchable bc in theory 100% dodge chance hehe
@@TheBladzAngel yee its pretty nice, still if she kills everything she has no enemies and just stands there. but I think people were mainly having problems with the S1.
It's really fitting that so far none of them are broken with insane attacks or busted utilities it really feels like the gang is still the people we know and love even if they get isekaid
Chilchuk really does look amazing. Tho I find it strange that within his own range at least his talent is not permanently active. How does the trap master forget where the trap in front of his nose is? Derp.
Whether his S1 feels bad or not will depend on how often you can use the skill. If you can use it lots, then the RNG can balance out; otherwise it might not seem great if you only get a few low procs. Worst part about RNG is it can make openings unreliable. Otherwise, I'm not to worried, and his talent is interesting.
It would’ve been even funnier if he had a chance to retreat for skill 1 (aka encountering a mimic) in exchange for larger amounts of dp when he doesn’t, that would make him the ultimate rng operator (after conviction, of course)
His skill 1 would be good if it's auto-recovery. Something agents don't have as they all need to attack to make DP, so if he doesn't it has some niche use. If it's attack recovery, probably useless. Otherwise his entire kit is upheld by his gimmick talent. At least it's unique, easy to use and impactful when used right.
Agent makes more sense as he's a scout. He can't be a ropemaster nor pusher because he's not strong enough. He can't be an executioner because he can't fight. Trapmaster or artificer(Supporter) does not make sense because his job is to disarm traps and mechanisms, not setting them up. Geek... has nothing to do with him. Alchemist? He's never shown throwing bombs or other things and nor associated with alchemy as a concept. Merchant could be the best option but again it does not have much similiarity except he works only when he's paid first. Also merchant is basically a fast redeploy that also can be a lane holder and Chilchuck shouldn't be a lane holder because he can't fight. Agent makes the most sense as a bow using scout who can move around and take care of lower threat gimmicks or enemies like treasure chests, breakable wall, etc from afar.
I'm mixed, the talent is great but a bit on the niche support end which i'm not a fan of from an agent, the physical dodge... depends on the numbers. Idk man he seems too rng dependent on all aspects of his skills and relying on someone who both vanguards and survives based of a metaphysical concept doesn't really feel good in my experience anyways.
let's use chilchuck's S1!

Let's go gambling
We are gambling with this one 🔥
Gambling on my DP? Sorry flagbearers, you're all permabenched.
I love his E2 art where he is surrounded by AK mimic chests.
His worst nightmare lol

I'm glad to have a second operator who interacts with environmental damage
He sounds very fun to play, also can't wait to see the other two I'm liking what they are cooking so far
Lately with the collab operators, I feel like they are doing so well with making the 5 star operators so unique with their kits.

Cantabile is an ammo skill though which is very nice.

I wish they added same colors as recruitment bags to his opening chest animation to indicate how much DP we've got.
It's really fitting that so far none of them are broken with insane attacks or busted utilities it really feels like the gang is still the people we know and love even if they get isekaid
On the plus side, with how strong Agents are in RA, he's always welcome on my squad.
Folinic either crying for her talent or tearing with joy if this updates her talent to actually work on everything

Pretty sure his s1 is activated on deployment for max efficiency gambling
He's a vanguard? I thought he would be a specialist because from the anime he's the handy trap detector and knows2 the mechanism of the dungeon.

I think they made him vanguard bc he goes before the party to clear traps, instead of laying them down.
Would be nice if you can deploy him on range tiles as well. Although that would be the instructor module.
Bro the TITLE is wrong.
BRO WRONG OPERATOR 😭
Gambling mechanic skill? In my gacha game? For my dnd inspired collab character?? Yeah THATS the good stuff, gimme max pot of em!!
