Hey man, great job! I have a questio, why do you always put oil in the fans? And by the way, maybe you should look into buying an electric air duster instead of regular compressed air!
Well I see the oil refuel as a good practice in a Deep cleaning. That's basically why I'm always doing it. And you are right about the Electric air duster. I received emails from manufacturers, just have to check if they are real companies and not drop shipping or so to be sure I'm not using a bad product on video. Great video, I really like the style. Also, here's some suggestions that nobody asked for regarding the cleaning process: - If you do this a lot, get an air compressor instead of using cans. - The motherboard and memory sticks also love to take a bath. Don't be that guy who denies them this simple pleasure, that's mean. - If you really want to make it perfect, spray paint the case to remove the very visible silver scratches. Or just fill them in using a black felt-tip pen. That also works on the damaged bits of the plastic front bezel. - Save your wrists and get an electric screwdriver. - Windows 7 has been end-of-life for a while now. Upgrade it to Windows 10 or, better yet, install Linux. There are some good Linux distros for older, weaker PCs.

3:12 - I had to chuckle at 'chewing' machine oil ;) There was a lot of dust, but it looked like it brushed away easily. Probably not from a smoker's house, then.
hello from germany. nice video, I like the style. at 17:10 I think you forgot to connect the cpu cooler. could it be? otherwise great video as always :)
hehehe, yeah you are the 2nd person who are telling me that. Nice shot 😎 When I turned on the computer, I had a message telling that the CPU fan wasn't detected. I connected it but forgot to catch it on video 😅 Thank you very much for your comment Tobias! Love from France 🇫🇷❤️🇩🇪
Yeah I know ! As you can imagine, I had a message telling me that I forgot it when I turned on the PC. So I connected it but didn’t catch it on video. So nice shot! It is working well, but you will have to trust me 😉 Thanks for your comment, hope you enjoyed this video ❤️❤️
😮😮 iam having same to same pc case in my collection. And that processor cooling fan also. Personally i love these type of OEM cooling fans. Because these fans are having very high RPM to control high temperature very easily Even in my primary system i using same AVC cooling fan that are you cleaning 🧹. And you did very good work to give new life to this PC 🫶🏻👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻
Hello my dear friend greetings from a distance I loved your video but I saw at the end that you had a small error when you closed the pc you forgot to connect the cpu fan, I wish you could make a video cleaning a PS4 I hope one day I can go to your country
Nice shot about the CPU fan! I realised this when I turned on the computer. As you can imagine I had a message telling that the CPU fan wasn't detected. I connected it but forgot to catch it on video. Be assured about that the fan is working well. You will have to trust me 😅 I already did a PS3 Slim, have at my place a very dusty regular PS3, but yeah, as soon as I have an interesting PS4 I will make a deep cleaning of it for sure 😘 Thanks a lot for your comment Alan as usual! Love from France 🇫🇷❤️
That's one dusty PC! Is that a three pin case fan and a four pin cpu one? One of my HPs has a three pin cpu fan but wired onto a four pin connector. Two pins are wired together with black wire.
100% right, there is a three pin case fan and a four pin cpu. But I everything is matching well with the connectors in my PC. I guess yours had some "updates" 😅 Thanks for your comment @keefhk11 , hope you enjoyed this video ❤️
@@french.satisfactory Odd as I don't think it has been updated. Original fan by the looks of it. AVC F7015B12H. Found one on Ebay and one other. Four pin one still gives error on boot up.
@@french.satisfactory was working when I purchased it. Has an orange light on the motherboard and can't get into bios. :( looking forward to watching more of your videos anyway.
Little bit much thermal paste hihi. I also always change the bios battery for a new one in a cleaning also this pc needs some new rubber feets. This hp is also fine and cheap to upgrade i mean it was gen 3 or 4 cpu i3 or i5 or i7. But that have nothing to do with the cleaning standard upgrades are ssd and 4/8gb ram if possible cheap cpu upgrade to i3. Keep going.
For the moment, I don't take time to also really upgrade the PCs I'm working on. But it is in my content improvements to do list 😉 Thanks a lot for your comment ComputerTech! Glad to know you enjoyed this video ❤️❤️
@@french.satisfactory It is also not necessary to upgrade, but it is possible. I would, however, include tips such as replacing a BIOS battery and rubber feet so that the PC does not scratch the surface and to prevent vibrations. You can also touch up scratches with a black marker if necessary.
oh you are right about both tips. In fact, I changed a lot of BIOS batteries in my previous videos. Just didn't do it on this one. But yeah, I will continue that way. I mean, changing the batterie ;) Good point also about the rubber feet. It is not the 1st time I needed it. Il will buy some. About the black marker, I did it on some scratches, but I have to find a better one in this case. Thanks a lot for all your tips. It is these comments who are making this channel better video after video ❤️❤️
This can be a bit tricky. All I did is capacitor remplacements for the moment so... can't say I'm an expert on that 😅 Thanks for your comment @CounterStriker013009 hope you enjoyed this video ❤️
What is the reason for using the glove? Was it to contain body static? If it's for that purpose, wouldn't it be enough to use the computer while barefoot? Hugs.
In fact it is for 2 things: - help to contain body static yes, but that's just a precaution. - protect my hands from dust and dirt, in case I get the brillant idea to touch my face right after 😅 Thanks for our comment Carlos, hope you enjoyed this video. Love from France 🇫🇷❤️

Good question, but I don't think so. I guess computer dust are usually composed by the same "things". In fact "textile fibres, hair, skin particles and other dander from humans or pets" 😅
People need to take care of theirs computer... CLEAN IT... at least dedust it with some air blowing can/machine, waccum cleaner will not help 😁. Those air cans are okay but I prefer some machine, hand held or on the flexible tube or something. For example I took my old bath tub bubble air blowing machine, removed electronic motherboard because of unindentifiable 2 electronic components (probably resistors), connected power cable on to switch and off to AC power outlet. On the other side is flexible tube and I use 2 attachments on plastic end. One is ductaped carton cone with small hole on the end for stronger wind where other is 2 part from old wacum cleaner, that narrow attachment and aditionall small brush attachment that goes on narrow one... so basically 3 attachments types 🤣😂. Because air blower hard plastic end was little too small for the wacum attachments just used 2 slices of bycicle tyre 😁.
@@french.satisfactory it looks like my comment dissapeared maybe as spam flagged. I just addapted existing machine to my needs :D. Why waste the thing when can be reused right? You can see machine on "Asus ROG G752VL" video of mine if you are interested 😁.

Oil you used is from Poland? I just saw polish name on it
oh really? I bought it at a sewing machine shop close to my place (France). So no idea where the shop bought it.
@@french.satisfactory i like to see Polish accents in videos I'm watching, that's all. I like your cleaning content a lot 🤗
oh ok ok. Thank you very much John, happy to know that ❤️
3:12 - I had to chuckle at 'chewing' machine oil ;)
There was a lot of dust, but it looked like it brushed away easily. Probably not from a smoker's house, then.
oups! it is sewing machine oil 😅😅😅 I will add a pinned comment about this typo. Thanks for your comment MarkTheMorose 😘
hello from germany. nice video, I like the style. at 17:10 I think you forgot to connect the cpu cooler. could it be? otherwise great video as always :)
hehehe, yeah you are the 2nd person who are telling me that. Nice shot 😎
When I turned on the computer, I had a message telling that the CPU fan wasn't detected. I connected it but forgot to catch it on video 😅
Thank you very much for your comment Tobias! Love from France 🇫🇷❤️🇩🇪
Finally the video 😂 after years of hard waiting😂😂😂
Yey, I'm still alive 😅
Hope you will enjoy this new episode x ❤️

J'espère que tu as apprécié cette vidéo @armenfirman4759 ❤️
You forgot to plug in the heat sink fan!
Yeah I know ! As you can imagine, I had a message telling me that I forgot it when I turned on the PC. So I connected it but didn’t catch it on video. So nice shot! It is working well, but you will have to trust me 😉
Thanks for your comment, hope you enjoyed this video ❤️❤️
Great video like always :)
Thank you very much @LinuxHacker101 ❤️❤️
😮😮 iam having same to same pc case in my collection.
And that processor cooling fan also. Personally i love these type of OEM cooling fans. Because these fans are having very high RPM to control high temperature very easily
Even in my primary system i using same AVC cooling fan that are you cleaning 🧹.
And you did very good work to give new life to this PC 🫶🏻👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻
ahah nice! I guess this computer was mass-produced 😅

Did you destroy it while attempting this?
Hello my dear friend greetings from a distance I loved your video but I saw at the end that you had a small error when you closed the pc you forgot to connect the cpu fan, I wish you could make a video cleaning a PS4 I hope one day I can go to your country
Nice shot about the CPU fan! I realised this when I turned on the computer. As you can imagine I had a message telling that the CPU fan wasn't detected. I connected it but forgot to catch it on video. Be assured about that the fan is working well. You will have to trust me 😅
I already did a PS3 Slim, have at my place a very dusty regular PS3, but yeah, as soon as I have an interesting PS4 I will make a deep cleaning of it for sure 😘
Thanks a lot for your comment Alan as usual! Love from France 🇫🇷❤️
I Love Rusty Dusty Video Very Nice OMG
That's one dusty PC! Is that a three pin case fan and a four pin cpu one? One of my HPs has a three pin cpu fan but wired onto a four pin connector. Two pins are wired together with black wire.
100% right, there is a three pin case fan and a four pin cpu. But I everything is matching well with the connectors in my PC. I guess yours had some "updates" 😅
Thanks for your comment @keefhk11 , hope you enjoyed this video ❤️
@@french.satisfactory Odd as I don't think it has been updated. Original fan by the looks of it.
AVC F7015B12H. Found one on Ebay and one other. Four pin one still gives error on boot up.
mmmh weird. Well, It might be a manufacturing issue, a BIOS settings issue, or a problem with the motherboard connectors.
@@french.satisfactory was working when I purchased it. Has an orange light on the motherboard and can't get into bios. :( looking forward to watching more of your videos anyway.
Yey, thank you very much @keefhk11 ❤️❤️
Little bit much thermal paste hihi. I also always change the bios battery for a new one in a cleaning also this pc needs some new rubber feets. This hp is also fine and cheap to upgrade i mean it was gen 3 or 4 cpu i3 or i5 or i7. But that have nothing to do with the cleaning standard upgrades are ssd and 4/8gb ram if possible cheap cpu upgrade to i3. Keep going.
For the moment, I don't take time to also really upgrade the PCs I'm working on. But it is in my content improvements to do list 😉
Thanks a lot for your comment ComputerTech!
I mean, changing the batterie ;)
Good point also about the rubber feet. It is not the 1st time I needed it. Il will buy some.
About the black marker, I did it on some scratches, but I have to find a better one in this case.
Thanks a lot for all your tips. It is these comments who are making this channel better video after video ❤️❤️
All I dont know how to fix is the PCB board, the other is still can
This can be a bit tricky. All I did is capacitor remplacements for the moment so... can't say I'm an expert on that 😅
Thanks for your comment @CounterStriker013009 hope you enjoyed this video ❤️
@@french.satisfactory Thanks
Nice work❤
Thank you very much Momit ❤️❤️
What is the reason for using the glove? Was it to contain body static? If it's for that purpose, wouldn't it be enough to use the computer while barefoot? Hugs.
In fact it is for 2 things:
- help to contain body static yes, but that's just a precaution.
- protect my hands from dust and dirt, in case I get the brillant idea to touch my face right after 😅
Thanks for our comment Carlos, hope you enjoyed this video. Love from France 🇫🇷❤️
@@french.satisfactory Yes, great.

Hello there! Truth to be told, component wise, this is useless pc... But the restoration was GREAT
hehehe, be sure about that I will not try to use it for my gaming sessions 😅
Thank you very much for your comment @NIKONOVICH1990, glad to know you enjoyed this video ❤️❤️

Its a pity, cant use the dust for anything ?
hehehe, it would be a pretty good idea. I'm sure somebody on this planet already imagined something that way 😎
@@french.satisfactory Wood dust can be used as isolation material.
Could basic dust also be exploited this way ?
Good question, but I don't think so. I guess computer dust are usually composed by the same "things". In fact "textile fibres, hair, skin particles and other dander from humans or pets" 😅
@@french.satisfactory If its metal dust, you could melt it into a usable items ?
well I guess it it needs a particular cleaning process. But honestly I don't think I could use the dust from computers in any ways 😅
Man, I want that computer...
pretty new isn't it ? 😉
@@french.satisfactory I WANT IT BECAUSE IT'S OLD AND OLD IS FOCKEN GOLD!!!!
hehehe, did I miss something? did I found a valuable machine? valuable for you visibly, but don't think it is the case for the rest of the world 😅

Wait, I just have not idea about what is what you are talking about 😅 You did something totally homemade right? To you have a picture?
@@french.satisfactory it looks like my comment dissapeared maybe as spam flagged. I just addapted existing machine to my needs :D. Why waste the thing when can be reused right?
