hi, is it possible to perform water pressure process through application/myVaillant? For now, I have only myVaillant connect but no thermostat and my intention was to use it to control the heating appliance, same actions that can be performed using display. Tnx in advance
Mark I just had a Eco Plus system boiler installed and ironically the installer had never jnstalled one before. So I have a couple of question since u seem very knowledgeable on the product. I bought the My Vailaint Connect and Senseohome package and he was unable to connect to my existing system saying I need a VR66 control centre. Is he correct assuming I have a separate hot water controller and nest for my heating. I also noted the neatness of your filling loop is that the Vailaint controls as mine is way messy outwith the boiler. Would welcome your feedback and keep up the good work very informative
Hi Mark, I followed your instructions to top up the water pressure on my new combi Vaillant EcoTEC Plus. However after topping up the pressure the boiler did not enter in to automatic purging mode like it did on your video. Is this normal or only for system boilers
Great, calm, complete explanation. Difficult to find this info elsewhere. I have an EcoTec Plus VCW 36 without boiler (= without reservoir). You mention a lot of times "boiler" in the video. Do you mean the video is only applicable for a model with boiler (= reservoir) ?
mark using the valant myvalant connect +sensohome do you still get the N100 error or is it pulling the weather compensation from the GPS locaiton using an internet connection, or is it best to use the wired outdoor sensor still if say using 3rd party controls like the honeywell 6tr, hive or tado
Hi, Mark great information. I have Vaillant eco tech plus but it turns on in the middle of night. I have tried manual setting, time program, low desired temperature but it still turns on. Can you please help.
Hi Mark, super helpful video as I’m finding it difficult to find details on the new Vaillant boilers. Just wondering as you said the symbols reflect what we have installed on the boiler - what is that symbol that looks like a dial that is next to the hot water symbol? Thanks!
My DHW just says ON, it doesn't give me the option to change the water temperature. It's only luke warm, how do I make it a little hotter without the setting on my boiler please?
Hi Mark. Strange though it may seem I find it difficult to turn my boiler on and off except by trial and error! Usually when I turn it off it turns itself back on, sometimes more than once. Can you please help? Cheers
Legionelle only reproduce at temperatures between 20 and 45, as long as high levels of it never entered your system in the first place all you need to do is stay above 45, 60 degrees is where legionelle can no longer survive

Was very very helpful ❤
Hi Mark, great video thank you Sir. Query: If when topping boiler up the recommended 1.5bar is exceeded - how do you bleed excess off?
Great vid, quick question how can I override the thermostat which is a hive and just turn the heating on? Can you?
Thanks for the valuable information
Appreciated 👏

I’ve wired one up as a y plan with hive. On the junction box everything becomes live when I call but the boiler doesn’t receive a call, any ideas?

Can I install sensoComfort on older ecotech plus 831? So I can hook this up with ambiSence rad valves. I wish you are based in Scotland.
Very useful, thanks 🙏
Hello. I cant seem to get on the screen where you adjust the central heating temp to 60-65
hot water under 60 celsius isnt that a danger to get legionella disease? In the Netherlands they strongly advice dmh water 60 celsius or more..

Yes I have that question
Only if you have stored water! You can turn it down if you have a combi boiler that produces instant hot water
@@webMonkey_Stored water only
How waillant If the boiler is not working, how to find the fault?
