I love the Axopar cabin. Took a while to love the design but there are lots of videos of how capable this boat is in choppy conditions. Runs flat and fast.
It did exactly as designed, they run flat and pierce the waves. It’s a Rib style design with secondary chines at the top of the plumb bow and an open transom so it can evacuate water as fast as it comes in. Built to take on the North Sea, Haulover is just another day at work for that design.
I own a 37 and have no regrets …I have been in 5-6 seas coming and going to and from Bimini and its dry quiet comfortable and very secure feeling …its agility maneuverability and balance is not something you can grasp unless you experience it, ive been on many boats this boat is very impressive and second to none

Freeboard on that boat is too low for open ocean. Look fine as a Bay Boat or lake boat. I would NOT take it out to open ocean with any type of seas! .. no thanks.
@@elianselmi4099 I get what u mean but that’s not a any boat it’s the little brother of the mako 261 89 same year just 23 deep V I trim the motor up and I promise u that’s morning I was out there and it was no lie 5-6ft Probably bigger towards the morning and it was eating it up I rarely get spray I’ll take u out and make probably go buy one🤣✊🏽✊🏽🙏🏽
The site is so much better now . . . . has it been sold to a new owner . . . . it still needs a very important component . . . . a dial showing wind and inlet chop conditions ! ! !

I did a 10 hour charter on a brabus shadow 500 and it’s an amazing machine and buttery in 2-3 foot chop. Can’t wait to get to run the 37 here soon.

Why those boat have bow thruster as they have two or more engines? You no need a bow thruster if you can use two engines at the same time.
Easier to keep the nose against the dock in a current or wind given the thing is 37' long, narrow, and not particularly heavy compared to many boats.
