I often get cramps at nite after wearing high shoes or dancing a lot must i do these exercises befote going out?Thanku iI drink lots of water.
Wow the up and down excerise does a lot to my muscles😢 and the up hold wow 😮...how did you get your legs to be that flexible

Heyy i just want a piece of advice.. So when i dance(on the latin heels) and i try to point a bit more than usual i get horrible cramps... How am i suppose to point my toes when i get these cramps??!! I'm doing this "pointing workout" for about a week(mixed with some others) and i really hope it'll work but could you give me any other advice maybe?? 💜💜
Andriana Stavropoulou Sorry I just noticed your comment, I hope you will find it still useful.Try doing a massage of your foot with your hands before you go to sleep, and maybe drinking a little bit more water.
But hopefully you’re already feeling much better!
