thank you - well taught
your videos have immensely grown on me over the past weeks, alexey. i love the structure and the density of information. thank you so much for your efforts, and keep doing what you're doing.
Thank you for this video. I really like how you took the drill further to the right turn. I figured out that the most common error on my spins are existing to not straight hips and shoulders. I try to press my shoulders down straight to the floor and also try to keep my hip straight to the floor. I realy have to train my spotting because I'm not that flexible with my head to keep my shoulder posture straight on spinning. I would recommend everyone to record themself to watch the potential error. It's best to watch on slow motion and remember every new time the proper mistakes to get a better version of the work you're investing. I think the mirror is lying and I don't know why the most experts are not recommending to start recording with a camera.
you are reading this for the algorithm

Thanks so much for your tips n techniques for exercises focusing on body turns which are very toughest n hardest to master them. I’ll gradually practice along with your VDO.
Yes you’re right, turns our not easy to master. So thinking long-term and practicing gradually and consistently is the key.

Alexey, will delaying the head turn help with not getting dizzy?
Definitely doing spotting technique will help you to not get as dizzy!
Nice shoes! What type of shoes are you using?
These are “Aida” shoes, quality is great 👍🏻
